Engaged Upton Aircon for general servicing of 6 units, including 2 ducted units. They recommended and performed a chemical wash, which we paid for, on some units but not on the ducted units. That same evening, one ducted unit developed a water leak that had not occurred before. When we contacted them, they attributed it to dust and drainage buildup and quoted another $800 per unit ($1,600 total) for yet another chemical wash. This raises serious concerns about both reliability and communication. If drainage buildup was severe enough to cause a leak immediately after servicing, it should have been identified and addressed during the servicing. When we asked why it was not caught the first time, we did not receive a clear answer and follow-up communication stalled despite requests to follow-up. Being charged again for the same supposed solution so soon after the initial servicing does not reflect the level of diagnosis and service we would expect from a professional provider. Difficult to recommend based on this experience.

I have been using Upton Aircons services for some years alright when their guys left 2 bedroom aircon units on with the bedroom doors wide opened when they left. I discovered it only after about 45 mins. When I feedback to Upton Aircons, I'm told leaving the units running for 1 to 2 hours is a routine after servicing. They merely apologised for not closing the doors. Today, the guys came to service 5 aircon units in my house. If it is a routine to leave them on after servicing, then all the 5 units should have been left on right? But that wasn't the case - only 2 units were left on. And as a regular customer, I didn't have this issue in the past. Unnecessary electricity was wasted! What if the discovery was much later? Is 1 to 2 hours really necessary to test if the unit works? No service recovery or goodwill gesture. Nothing. Very disappointed.

Didn't respect appointment time. Arrange 1pm. At 930 technician call.. can we come half an hour later? They think we very free.. I say cannot. I working. If you want come at 1230. Around 11am I message him. Please come at 1pm. At 1pm the technician message say he go for lunch first. After everything, reach at 205. The technician say is blower motor bearing wear out.. I ask him.. confirm? He say yes. Change motor $330. With that kind of service. I rather give other Aircon service places. Upton. I will remember your name.

Thank You so much for your service we really satisfied for our 4 aircon and 1 outdoor condenser cleaning! we are customer for how many years and untill now your service still the same, we previously looking for monir always but today is sunday and base on his collegue monir is restday and unable to come, we really like him because before they go out from our house he will sure our aircon running well and okay he will turn on first all the aircon and if all okay that is the time he’s going off. It's a scamming company for cleaning service... Today I got get to come up to my place to do ac cleaning service due to leaking as the price stated $80 for 4 unit normal service and a free gass top up of 10psi, so when they do they told me oh the the leaking unit too dirty need another $35 cos need to take of the blower ok fine since it's only $35(which company do service dunnid to take the blower out and wash and the coil?) then when I ask since u tell me need to take down the AC is it considering u doing chemical for me he say no then I'm curious what is the need for you to take down than? After the service and making payments I'm shock instead of(80 + $35) they charge me (80 + 80 + 35) than I ask what's the extra 80 for? They oh it's for cleaning the jelly.... You all tell me which company service don't do jelly cleaning with standard cleaning price which they code $80 on their web... Its literally a scam company don't fall for Thier gimmicks and best of all they did not top up the so called free gas of 10psi they say oh you still got gas no need top up come on almost 5yrs of usage be it still got or not shld't you top it up to max even if it's only 1 or 2 Psi needed? SO GUYS DONT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IT'S ALL A SCAM...
