Not responsive. I requested for a quotation for aircon installation. It took a few days for a lady to acknowledge my email. Although I was told that someone would contact me to discuss the details, the call did not take place. Even after I dropped an email to remind her, there was no acknowledgement. Furthermore, no one answer the phone when I called them company line. Disappointed.

I had engaged Vision Air for aircon installation in late 2021 after considering several options, including some household names. Excellent service from Thaddeus. He was very responsive and detailed in his explanations throughout my entire engagement with Vision Air. His team of Technicians were punctual, thorough and they displayed great workmanship and professionalism. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Vision Air. Strongly recommended.

We are very glad that we chose Vision Air to do our company's Aircon.The service is excellent. Thaddeus who is in charge of the project is always courteous, sincere and patient even when we made so many changes to the appointments. Very professional. The turnaround was very quick. Thaddeus has a very dedicated team who work like precision automation. they know the job very well and can execute it will great skill and speed. We would recommend Vision Air highly to anyone looking a new Aircon or Aircon Service and Maintenance.

Needed help with malfunctioning aircons during this Circuit Breaker (CB). Searched online for AC companies working in this CB, saw good Google and Facebook reviews, decided to give VisionAir a try. Easy to make appointment, they were punctual. Met Thaddeus and team. Professional and efficient as they went about diagnosing, testing and executing their work. All the while, Thaddeus was explaining the situation about my AC and offering several options if my old AC continue to malfunction. Very professional and no hard-selling. Two thumbs up. It's the first time that I am impressed by an AC team/company.

I have been working with Thaddeus for all my AC units. He is helpful and knowledgeable and has a team of experience service providers behind him. Friendly and approachable, feel free to talk to him about any requests and concerns you have and he will do his best to help. I wanted second hand units for a rental place and he was able to get a good one at a reasonable price. The prices are reasonable and the transaction quick and easy.

Vision Air has been servicing my home air-con systems for the last 3 years. They have been very responsive and even reminding me about when my next servicing will be. When my air-con systems had issues, they were able to advise me on the next available options on how to get it resolved. A very customer orientated company! Great to have them servicing my home air-cons for the last 3 years!
