   My aircon was serviced quarterly by another popular company. However, the compressor has issues and one of the unit leaks so badly (1 full basin for 4 hours of usage) after chemical wash. I had no choice but to change the entire system since it's already 10 years old. I hired Anthony which did one of my tenanted unit before 2 years ago. Upon paying deposit, I realised that the invoice was different from his previous company. He said they have merged with B&J and ask me to trust their service. Upon removing my old aircon, they saw all the problems in the units connections as well as the piping. There was a lot of condensation due to blockage and poor connection after chemical wash. Anthony and his team ensured that all the issues are rectified and changed one of the existing piping connection to help prevent the condensation. I expected some drilling involved but they took time to examine all the connections due to our existing build-in TV console, platform bed, wall mounted shelves and suspended desk which was built after our previous aircon installation. It was very tight and narrow area for the guys to work on which took them the entire day. It's been 2 weeks plus and my new aircon is working well. I've to say, I'm really happy that I've engage them. And oh, their pricing is reasonable compared to another 2 companies which came to quote and insisted to re-run all the piping and lots of hacking involved. I didn't want all the unsightly trunking everywhere but they claimed that there's no way to use back the exiting one. I'm lucky that Anthony and his team managed to take time to avoid that path. Kudos to Anthony and his team.

   Stumbled upon their service on Carousell, and it turned into a regrettable choice. They hacked into my new house's walls to install concealed power points, leaving a mess behind. The cementing job was so haphazard that it resulted in hideous patches on my freshly painted walls. To add to the frustration, they didn't bother applying silicone to the power points after installation. When I confronted them about these issues, they reluctantly agreed to come back but pushed the responsibility onto me, insisting that I should get my own painter to fix their mistakes. Kevin Lee seemed more interested in avoiding accountability than addressing their own errors. Apparently, hiring them means not only paying for their services but also dealing with the aftermath. As for the uneven patches, they claimed it wasn't their concern and once again pointed fingers at me, suggesting I should handle the finishing work. It's disheartening that their idea of a completed job involves outsourcing responsibility to the customer. If you're thinking of using their services, be prepared for frustration and the need to bring in additional help, even if you already have your own painter to fix their blunders.

   Very disappointing. Have used their services for almost 2 years but they never change. Always late in replying. Takes up to 2 days. Did not turn up for appointment many times. Did not call or message to inform. Appt time is 3pm.....waited till night......still did not come or call. Not once, not twice but many times already. Will change to other servicing company.
