Not regret to engaged Beyond Cool Aircon for my leaking issue . The company lucky to have such Technician William and malay technician ( forgot the name ) , they are responsible and having extra mile attitude !

Excellent experience with this team. Engaged them to install aircons privately acquired. They did site visit and gave advice of where the aircons shd go to prevent much condensation. On the day of installation, they came on time and covered the room well to prevent debris from going everywhere from dismantling and breaking of the wall. After installation, the team also gave advice on the efficient usage of the aircon. Price-wise I felt this was the best rate as compared to others. will engage the team again.

Contacted multiple vendors regarding my resale unit for a Sys 3+2. Beyond Cool’s quote was reasonable and transparent. Sui Jing was also very responsive and detailed in every question I had with regards to the entire process. They adhered to the timeline I had and were very flexible with my schedule. The technicians they sent were all very hardworking, experienced and willing to share their expertise and knowledge when asked. The installation process was a breeze and the works were really well done - considering all my pipes had to be concealed. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking to install their a/c. In my opinion, they rival what the big players like Courts and Gain City can offer - at a better price point and with impeccable customer service.
