Had an aircon leaking issue for a while and was unable to get a proper quote from my regular servicing co. CBM was fast in making a trip to check issue and provided a quote the next day. Needless to say, gave them the job and everything was done very very well. Chris, CK, Alan and the team are very professional and detailed. They gave good advice on maintenance and were very patient when i asked a lot of tech questions. i have since signed up my regular maintenance with them. Rates are also very reasonable and you can be assured that you are getting value from them. Keep up the good stuff. Will be recommending relatives/friends moving forth.

Great work vincent and alan. They are very detail on servicing fixing my long time aircon condensing issue. Value for the dollar. Through in the cleaning process.

Chris, Alan and team did a great job to replace the air con for my apartment. It was a complex job that other contractors were reluctant to take on. The team was very competent and professional. They started work on time, took short lunch breaks and helped to clean up the dust and mess generated from the drilling. Thank you!

Great service from Chris and his crew Suzan for the painting services from 22-23 Feb 2024. Very professional and managed to complete the painting in time and helped to change 3 lighting fixtures. Greatly recommended. 👍🏻

Excellent sir con servicing done by Alan Chong and Choong. 1. They came in on time at 12pm. 2. They were masked up. 3. They provided good tips for air con maintenance. Communicated well and thorough and professional in their explanation.4. Attentiveness - every items that required shifting, they would kindly asked for permission to enter each room, shifting each items. 5. They also helped to change all the batteries of the 5 aircon remote controller which are low batt. 6. Provided good advice on aircon outlet drainage which allowed me to rectify the situation as aircon is still under warranty. Have since arranged for a follow up with air con provider.
