Top notch experience with them. From the initial engagement, to the quotation, to my many equities & concerns, the Boss himself was ever-ready, easily reachable and very easy to deal with. When installation came, the crew were professional & offered good experienced advice for my home’s unique needs. Post installation, they were quick to respond and assist with another visit to my home to fine tune the system, even after full payment was made. The system and materials work great and look excellent! Great customer service and overall experience for me. 10/10 will recommend and return to them for any of my future awning needs. Rikki Chua helped us with this awning that we wanted for our super tiny balcony. He is super professional. He was responsive to our request for quotation, adviced us to get clearance from our condo management, came down to measure the site and scheduled the work promptly too. Two workers finished the job in a morning. We are really pleased! Rikki’s professional service was a huge contrast to the heck-care attitudes I got from the two other places I approached - those snobs didn’t even care to respond.

Engaged them to install a retractable awning and a zip blind. The zip blind has some issues initially and Chua was very responsive, replacing the parts quickly. Now everything working fine. Good service provided.
