Engaged clean now for their start/end of tenancy cleaning and I’m happy with the service. The staffs were polite and 4 guys came to clean my 2 bedroom flat. They took a total of 3.5 hours, I watched them clean and they took the time and effort to clean the windows nicely, the grills and tried to remove stains I didn’t even realise was there. They Also helped me out with some adhoc trash removal which they were not obliged to but they were happy to help anyway. I would happily engage their services again and recommend it to my friends.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience should be shared. Before the cleaning even started, the person in charge repeatedly gave disclaimers that the results would not be perfect. I understood that no cleaning service can guarantee perfection, and I was completely fine with that. All I expected was for the team to do their best. My house was almost empty with very little furniture, and I even pointed out the priority areas beforehand, such as the windows and one cabinet. He acknowledged these requests, so I expected those areas to receive proper attention. Unfortunately, after the cleaning, I found multiple areas that had clearly been left unwiped. Existing stains were still there, and several corners had been completely missed. Some of the stains looked like they had only been partially wiped, not thoroughly cleaned. It wasn’t a case of expecting perfection—it simply didn’t feel like a complete cleaning job, especially for a 4-hour cleaning package. What disappointed me even more was the response when I politely provided feedback. Instead of listening or acknowledging my concerns, he immediately became defensive and kept repeating that he had already given a disclaimer before starting the job. A disclaimer should not be used as an excuse for incomplete work or to dismiss genuine customer feedback. I fully understand that some stains may be permanent and impossible to remove. However, in my case, it was obvious that certain areas had not even been properly attempted, yet I was repeatedly told they “couldn’t be cleaned.” There is a difference between a stain that is impossible to remove and one that simply wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Overall, I don’t feel the quality of work justified the service provided. Based on my experience, I believe there are cleaning companies that are more thorough and more professional in handling customer feedback. I would not engage this company again.

First time using their service. Started work one hour late and only provided 3.5 hours of service (not 4 hour) then packed and left. Missed wiping all the shelves in one bedroom and a number of marks which could easily be wiped off. Will not recommend using their service

Had engaged clean now service for my new home. They had sent 5 staff up to clean my whole house of a 5 room bto. Their clean is fast. My house was just completed reno and very dirty. But they tried to clean it as clean as possible.

Terrible service. They busted my blinds, and it cost me $80 to repair. They left all my WhatsApp messages ignored and unanswered, with no offer to reimburse me for the damage done. They are also not thorough. They couldn’t even clean something as simple as the cutlery drawer. I had to engage another cleaner to finish the job they couldn’t. They ended up costing me even more money than it was worth. I gave them a chance to rectify their errors, but their blatant ignorance of all my messages has forced me to amend my review. Absolutely horrible job, and worse aftersales care. Would not recommend. Do yourselves a favour and go with other professional cleaning companies, because professional they are not.

2nd time engaging the services of Clean Now. Team is professional and provides excellent services for home cleaning. Price is also very reasonable and transparent. Their team also helps to remove any stains or marks as far as possible even though we didn't requested for such a service. Compared multiple agents but only they have the slots so i engaged them for Post reno cleaning. among the 4 workers, two were indian lady workers that is extremely sloppy. not doing any work (cleaning cabinets job) she does super slowly. and the manager will take photos to show that there are work done. BUT PLEASE TAKE NOTE the cleaning is not thorough, most of the cabinets are not wiped; all are only partially wipe. quite disappointed and talked to the manager about it but the manager mentioned they are cost - competitive (cheapest)in market. but actually they are not. service wise i had to rate worse than expectation

CleanNow did a very good job removing the mould in my house. Requested to do for 2 toilets, service yard and master bedroom. A big team came and they finished the job in 3hours. Mould removal without painting. They cleaned up after the service.

It was my first time engaging a deep cleaning service for my 4-room unit, especially for hard-to-reach areas such as window grills, top wall tiles, and cabinets. I’m glad to say they did not disappoint. They came well-prepared with a team of dedicated, hardworking, and committed crew members, along with special equipment such as industrial vacuum cleaners and disinfecting tools. This made the whole process smooth and hassle-free for me. Kudos to Zixing for his excellent leadership and attitude. He never said no when I highlighted missed spots or debris. Not only did he delegate tasks effectively, but he also personally joined in the cleaning. He kept me updated on the progress and made sure to show me the results after everything was completed. Special thanks to the rest of the crew as well. Even though the cleaning hours were extended, they remained cheerful, obliging, and responsive to my feedback, taking immediate action whenever needed. Overall, they truly met my expectations. One fee, and they made sure everything was properly done. Thank you for the great work!

A team of 4 professional cleaners + 1 supervisor came to do the Post-Reno cleaning for my resale condo. After a brief discussion with the supervisor, they started to work in no time to clean the targeted areas as well as cleaning the cabinets and washing the toilets. Used vacuum machine to suck the dust on the walls and floors. Even the supervisor got into the work using the another heavy duty machine to mop the floor and another colleague to dry the floor. I greatly commend the Supervisor for his customer-centric service.

Andrew did explained how they work and free inspection before provide a quote to me. After talked to Andrew, he explained why the mould appears, how to maintain after mould removal, and a discount given, prices are reasonable! Now my house looks new and brighter!

Used Clean Now for post-renovation cleaning of a 2-bedroom condo. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Before the job, I specifically checked whether machine floor scrubbing would affect tile grouting and was assured it would not. After the cleaning, dust and debris were still found on wardrobe racks, despite this being highlighted earlier (photos available). More concerning, some of our personal items were taken by the cleaning crew without permission. The company later admitted this and apologised. There was also no proper walk-through or final inspection of the unit after the cleaning, so these issues were only discovered later. I provided feedback after the service but did not receive any follow-up or rectification response. Based on my experience, the workmanship and after-service handling did not meet post-renovation cleaning expectations.
