The unit felt like it was not cleaned at all. Quality of the service was a complete utter disappointment.. The floor of the entire unit was dusty and debris was all over. Would rather donate the $393 (topped up for blinds cleaning btw) to SPCA instead. Terrible.

Adrian was thorough in explaining details and he even offered to teach me how to use my machine. Fiorenzo steam cleaning service are quite pricey but Adrian has good attitude and patience deep cleaning the items. Actually there’s stains on the windows after steam cleaning, hence we are still required to do some general cleaning after they left which is pretty tiring too.

We deep cleaned our sofas and a queen size mattress. Adrian was really professional and took the time to explain each step and showed us how effective the cleaning was. Not only were the items clean, we felt so reassured that the items were sanitized and safe for our 9mth old. An excellent experience.

I’m very disappointed with the service provided. I’ve engaged Cleaning Soldiers service for post renovation cleaning, besides the cleaning standards not there, professionalism is not there. 1) I’ve to provide a ladder for them to clean high places like lights and air con 2) although there’re 3 persons doing the cleaning, the level of cleanliness is not there. I still see watermark on windows and mirrors and also dust. I hardly see much wiping. Just use a steam vacuum and disinfection mist. There still should be wiping done and also. After they left, we had to wipe again and actually see black stains on cloth on some areas and there’re stains still on my floor. The work done is not consistent. 3) photos and video were taken of the house without the owners permission by one of the staff. This definitely is not a professional approach. 4) one of them chipped my ceramic basin as he was not careful with cleaning. We heard a loud drop on the basin but nothing was said by anyone of them. Instead, my ID who was there requested they be careful of the basin. There’re also other things I do not want to put down here now. I would not engage/hire cleaning if I do not want a thorough cleaning after post renovation. On top of that, my mother is old and not able to do thorough cleaning and I only have myself to clean a large HDB unit. I would have hired those part time help if I have the cleaning tools with me and because of COVID, I would rather pay a bit more to do some deep cleaning with disinfection. I’m definitely more tired after engaging professional cleaners…sigh!!

Engaged them for post renovation cleaning. Was sceptical initially as only one manpower was provided but was persuaded that they leverage on technology rather than number of cleaners. Was impressed by the professionalism and the cleaniness after the job. Though my reno contractor and ourselves have cleaned the house, this deep cleaning brings the cleaniness to another level. Would use them on periodic basis.

They came to vacuum all our mattress oh my goodness didn't know how dirty they were until they shown me the water debris I felt so much relieved sleeping on it now. Our solution provider especially on those challenging and tough chores we cannot handle on the daily basis. I was impressed on the services they can offer like a one stop deep cleaning solution :)
