My ID engaged Cool-Air to overhaul 4x unit of aircon + 2x compressor and pipeline replacement during my house renovation. Before reno, all 4 units are blowing cold air and able to fully cool down all the room. After they performed the service and re-installed back, all units are blowing warm air and the room temperature is hotter than outside. Called them for inspection, they performed a reset on both compressors and informed to monitor but all aircons still blowing warm air. Informed our ID to request for thorough checking for all the units and they suspected there might be a problem with all the aircon thermistor. They replaced all (without checking each thermistor) and charged us a hefty $400 (only invoice us 6-months after the service) for their own mistake in the first place. Not recommended unless you are looking to get scammed.

Raju and his team was very professional and efficient. They identified the problem very quickly and coordinated extremely well as a team to resolve it without delay. I was impressed by how organized they were throughout the process. After completing the work, they also made sure to clean up the area properly, leaving everything neat and tidy. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Bad services. They didnt do proper servicing (only spending 10-15min per visit for 4 aircon) and 1 year later they said I need to do chemical cleaning that would cost almost thousand dollar. I got it checked with different expert, and he said they never cleaned pipe. This is even new aircon installed 20 month ago.

Cool-Air installed my system 4 Daikin air-con in my renovated 5-room flat 4 years ago in June 2021. Since then they have been providing the servicing every 3 months thereabout and I even purchased 4-servicing packages from them continually. I write this to inform that the quality of their service is top notch and always consistent. I love it that the team stays the same with no change in personnel, so this translates to smooth experiences with the team familiar with each household they visit, repeatedly. The team staying the same also speaks volumes about the positive company culture and how their loyal staff remains with them. Thank you Cool-Air!

Been with Cool-Air for the past year and very satisfied with their services. Staff are normally punctual, if not early, for our appointments and they're serious about their work. Usually the more senior staff will also check the servicing very carefully and take the time to teach and explain to more junior staff. They do their work thoroughly and make sure they clean up properly after. Looking forward to more years of excellent service from Cool-Air Control- thank you! :)

I have been with Cool-Air Control for many years. A very responsible and reasonable boss. Boss ownself hands on his skill..never rely on workers. Even workers has completed the task, Kian himself will visit the site to ensure work process are in order. I recently bought a Exec Maisonette resale unit, the boss himself do a testing and only replace what is necessary without letting me spent unnecessary cost. After and follow up service are always efficient. Thumbs up for their responsive, quality of work with professional service provided throughout my over 10 years with them. Good job guys!!!!
