As a returning customer of Eternity Waterproofing, I continue to be impressed by their professionalism and quality of work. During the recent rainy weather, I noticed a growing leak in my ceiling and reached out to them again. Their salesman, Leo, was outstanding — prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. He inspected the issue, explained the root cause clearly, and recommended the most effective solution without any upselling. Leo took detailed photos, provided honest advice, and ensured I understood every step. The team completed the waterproofing efficiently and left the area clean and tidy. After the next heavy rainfall, my ceiling remained completely dry. Leo even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was in good order. Exceptional workmanship, reliable service, and genuine care for customers. Highly recommended, especially Leo!

I’ve had rainwater pouring into my office for ages — every storm turned my workspace into a part-time aquarium. Enter Eternity Waterproofing. After their work was done, I almost suffocated in the office — not because of smells, not because of chemicals, but because the waterproofing was so tight that even air had to file a request to enter. That’s how sealed everything is now. The team was fast, professional, and clearly serious about quality. Highly recommended.

I recently had my property waterproofed, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results! The team was professional, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable about all aspects of waterproofing. They assessed my home carefully, identifying potential trouble spots like foundation cracks and areas prone to water intrusion. They used top-quality materials and provided a comprehensive solution that not only prevents leaks but also helps with moisture control and mold prevention. Since the waterproofing was completed, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the overall air quality inside my home, and I no longer have to worry about dampness or water damage, even during heavy rainstorms.
