We have been engaging GWS Waterproofing for more than 10 years, and I highly recommend Ken to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy waterproofing specialist. Ken was our first point of contact when we had water leakage issues, and he handled the job so well that we continued engaging him for our subsequent projects over the years. Throughout this time, he has consistently provided accurate assessments, practical and reliable solutions, and fair quotations. There have never been any unnecessary recommendations or hidden surprises. What truly sets Ken apart is his professionalism and sense of responsibility. He is always prompt in responding whenever we need assistance, and his after-sales service is just as impressive. If any issue arises after the work is completed, he follows up quickly and ensures it is resolved without delay. Ken and his team are dependable, meticulous, and take pride in their work. They not only deliver exactly what was promised, but often go above and beyond our expectations. Their workmanship is excellent, and they pay attention to the smallest details. Another aspect we really appreciate is how clean and tidy they leave the site after every job. They make the effort to collect all debris, dispose of the waste properly, and ensure the area is cleaned up before they leave. It shows genuine respect for their customers’ homes. Most importantly, Ken and his team are committed to ensuring every job is completed to our full satisfaction. It is rare to find a contractor who remains so responsive and responsible even after the project has been completed. After working with Ken and GWS Waterproofing for more than a decade, we can confidently say they are a company you can trust. We are extremely satisfied with their workmanship, service, and integrity, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of waterproofing services.

**HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Exceptional Exterior Painting & Roof Repair by Joe and Team!** Having hired Joe twice before for smaller roof repairs, I knew his work was good – but his handling of this larger 9-day exterior painting and roof tile repair project completely surpassed my already high expectations! From start to finish, Joe managed everything with outstanding professionalism, leading a team of skilled, diligent, and courteous workers. Why they stand out: ✅ **Proven Reliability & Professionalism:** Consistent across multiple projects! The team worked meticulously without disrupting daily life or creating mess. ✅ **Remarkable Cleanliness:** Tidied the worksite thoroughly every single day. On the final day, they performed a thorough washing of the exterior floor area, leaving everything immaculate. ✅ **Attention to Detail Beyond Scope:** They proactively cleaned exterior glass panels (not part of the job!) and took exceptional care to protect my plants and garden. ✅ **Efficiency & Integrity:** Completed the substantial job perfectly within the 9-day timeframe. Joe’s team doesn’t just meet expectations—they consistently exceed them. Whether it's a small roof fix or a major exterior project like mine, stop hesitating! You’ll gain complete peace of mind with a crew that treats your home like their own.😊 **Final Verdict:** 10/10. My highest, unreserved recommendation – based on multiple positive experiences!
