This is in appreciation of the excellent work done by Mr. Stanley Hoi of Proof-Tech. I needed a resolution to the problem of unruly outgrowth of plants on the RC roof at the 2nd level, where access is not easy. He did a good job in coordinating the rectification work and the result was more than satisfactory. The workmen did a neat and tidy job. Thanks to his diligence the whole proccess went through smoothly. #StanelyHoi #5star

Daniel helped me with several home improvement works including painting, fixing water leakage issues, tiling and epoxy flooring. I had a very good experience working with him. He is patient and takes the time to explain the work required. I appreciate that he gives practical advice and does not push unnecessary upgrades or try to upsell. His workers were punctual and the work was completed professionally. Overall, Daniel is reliable, responsive and easy to work with. I have engaged Stanley Hoi as my ceiling was leaking in my dad's room as well as dining hall area. Stanley took some photos from the rooftop and able to spot the problems. He and his team then waterproof the rooftop landing area as well as my toilet area without hacking the tiles. The job was done 9 months ago and till now there is no further leakage problem at my place. Thank you, Stanley, for your professional services and problem solver. Will certainly recommend you to my contacts who face the same problem. Regards Richard Yeo

Our unit had serious water seepage issues and we knew we needed a professional fix by a waterproofing specialist. Of all the companies I invited to inspect and quote, Mr. Bryan Chen from Proof-Tech stood out with his clear and detailed assessment of our issues, as well as his proposed solutions. Bryan was open, professional and provided excellent customer service throughout. I was also impressed with how thorough his quotation was -- importantly, Bryan also backed up his assessments and solutions with solid warranties, leaving me with no doubt that Proof-Tech was the right choice for the job. Rahman, the leader of the work team, was also a pleasure to work with. He was meticulous, skilful and efficient, and while I'm no expert, I thought he and his team did solid, quality work just by looking at the before and after states of our problem areas. I highly recommend Proof-Tech for your waterproofing needs.

We met Stanley Hoi, Manager from Proof-tech to brief him on the roof extension work. Based on his past experience he straight away spotted the roof-work done by the previous contractor 10 years ago already started to sack. Though the roof has no leakage issue now but he recommended that we need to strengthened the baton. Extra effort applying water proofing coating and sealants to the joints. Will highly recommend Proof-Tech Waterproofing and service from Stanley.

** Prooftech can also do Tiling! ** I engaged Prooftech once for a roof repair and they did an outstanding job. So when I wanted to redo my rotten outdoor decking from wood to concrete, I asked my previous Prooftech sales, Stanley Hoi, whether they are capable of doing it since they claim they can do concrete work and bathroom renovation. He assured me they can and told me they have a team of dedicated tilers. I was glad to hear that as many of the contractors nowadays are jack of all trades. I got bitten once when a painter did an Aluminium Composite Panel awning for me. It was awful. Tiling is certainly not the same skill set as painting. As I have worked with Stanley before, I have confidence in him so after comparing a few quotes, I eventually gave Prooftech the job. The job spanned several days as there’s a wait time for concrete to set and dry. Even though I was present when Stanley came to check, he still provided me with well documented updates. The best part is he told his workers to do the job as if it is their house! Stanley also brought me to select the tiles and we went to Hafary in Eunos. They have a wide selection to choose from. When the job was completed, everyone in my family said it’s nice! The best part is; no more rotting wood; be it Chengai or composite wood. So well done Prooftech and once again, 5 stars to Stanley!

Established and trustworthy. It’s very difficult to judge what kind of company you are engaging with nowadays. After I asked the salesman Stanley, I was surprised to hear they have so many workers and are a decent size local company. My doubt was whether they are keen to take on a small roof leak repair. Stanley gave me the assurance that is not an issue and best part is we talked, not what’s app which I simply dislike. My confidence grew after he came down to check and explain the scope of work and the materials that will be used. When the quote came, it was a bit higher than some of the quotes I got but I still engage them as I think it’s better to pay a bit more for a more established company than a small contractor. The job was completed within a full day and the workers did a good job of cleaning up before they leave. The acid test is whether the leak is gone and luckily it poured heavily a few days after the repair. I took out my Flir thermal camera and there is not a single cold spot. Another few days later, it rained again and I checked it one more time. Still no cold spot. Of course I will continue to monitor a few more times but so far, I’m very satisfied especially with the follow up from Stanley. At least I am assured that if there is any issue, I am confident he will pick up my call and not ask me to what’s app. Five stars to Stanley for his services.

I had a recent water leaking problem in my gal’s room. Was recommended by neighbours to Prooftech. Contacted Thomas the boss and he was very nice and responsive. Am super impressed by Thomas, Khan Jesun and Halim and the team. Very professional and friendly. They really tried their best to address my concerns about having exposed water pipes done and tried to help me “hide” the pipes as much as they can. 👍🏻 strongly recommend their services.

I was looking for a specialist company to carry out waterproofing treatment to the roof & party wall at my backyard extension, and also repair to a broken vent pipe above a false ceiling. I decided to engage Proof-tech Waterproofing & Maintenance PL based on their price, track record and equally important their site team managed by a competent project manager, Daniel Thee. He was professional and helpful in working out effective solutions with me. The waterproofing treatment works were carried out to capping, flashing, wall and other potential leakage joints using Miraz/ DAVCO Sovacryl Flexible Acrylic Waterproofing 5-layer system (1 primer coat,1st body coat, 1 fibreglass mat, 2nd body coat and 1 top coat) The party wall surfaces were waterproof-treated using matching colour Miraz/ DAVCO Sovacryl Flexible Acrylic Waterproofing 3-layer system (1 primer coat, 1 body coat, 1 top coat The broken part of vent pipe (above false ceiling) was repaired with anti-rust primer and epoxy compound. Daniel went the extra mile to start and finish the repairs well, meeting my expectations. He scheduled the repair works to start expeditiously as the roof leakage occurring during the monsoon December was causing inconveniences to my family. He completed the repairs well by painting the stained part of my ceiling with oil-based emulsion paint. His workers took safety measures and also protected my floors and other building parts from damages during the repair works. They knew their works and carried them out accordingly to specifications and industry practices. Overall, I am happy with the repairs, and Pro-tech Waterproof & Maintenance PL deserves a 5-star rating.
