Became non responsive after 3 failed rectifications. Warranty terms not upheld so can't recommend them.

Had a PUB bill shock when the water bill suddenly spike to 4x what we normally paid. We checked n confirm no facet was open but could hear some dripping issues. Called Skyline waterproofing and they responded quite promptly to arrange an appointment. When Royston came down he quickly identified it was a leak from the toilet bowl tank and shut the valve off. He proposed that the toilet needs to be changed but when we said we hardly use that toilet. Then he told us the closed valve should resolve the issue. We decided not to change the toilet for now, but will enagage the company to do so when we are ready.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I engaged Skyline Waterproofing Solutions Pte Ltd for rectification works at my penthouse, which had multiple water leakage locations, and I’m very satisfied with the overall experience. Special shout-out to Anik, the salesperson, who was professional, responsive, and very clear in explaining the issues and solutions. Also huge thanks to the on-site team, Rajjab and Qazi — both were extremely professional, polite, and meticulous in their work. The team did a very thorough job, took care to protect my home during the works, and ensured everything was properly done before handover. Pricing was reasonable and fair given the scope and complexity of the repairs. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy waterproofing contractor. 👍

Mr Anik came to inspect the water leakage at my bay window. He quickly analysed the situation and proposed a solution at a cost that is very competitive. The turnaround time for the repairs was very fast. The team comprising Mr Gazi and Mr Rojjob came to execute the repairs. They were very professional and did a very good job in repairing the leakage. My wall now looks like new. I am highly satisfied with the work. The test now is whether the leakage has been fully rectified. Good thing that there is a one year warranty against leakage.

Mr Anik came and assessed the leakage at master bedroom ceiling and balcony window. The job was done within 5 hrs by Mr Sany. Workmanship is good. The test came when there was heavy rain for the last few days, no more leakage, below balcony window grill is very dry. I am happy and satisfied customer. Thank you for the excellent work!

Mr Anik Mia came over to inspect my kitchen pipe leakage problem. He can easily point out the main problem just by doing some checking. The 2 workers he sent are polite and friendly. My false ceiling paint was bubbling due to a leak from the unit upstairs. While I have asked them to fix their flooring, I also needed to add extra protection to my ceiling. Skyline sent a skilled worker with a great attitude. He removed the peeling paint, cut open the false ceiling, and sealed the leaking area with professional treatments. Additionally, he meticulously repainted the ceiling to restore it as much as possible. Throughout the process, he was very patient in explaining his work and addressing my concerns. Thank you for the excellent job!

The best choice of waterproofing contractor. Thank you for their worker name Mr Gazi Rajo who provide a high rate job to solve my bathroom & WC floor waterproofing problem. After the job finished my toilet look like new without any hacking. Highly recommended & will engage this contractor again in future repair / maintenance works.

Second time using their service, first time was for aircon. Russel is very professional, came early to start work, it was a two man job but he managed it on his own. Very polite, very well done. Recommend. Hope it solves my leakage problem.

Just like to express our sincere thanks to the Company for this their excellent work carried out at my premises from 4-6 Nov 24.The workers are polite , knowledgeable and displayed professionalism. Specially commend that for the 3 days, Everyday at the end of their works they ensure debris cleared and your house is cleaned before they left. I strongly recommended this company to anyone who needs the services.

They sent a guy who is armed with his phone and a small torchlight, claiming it’s “high tech tools” to tell me that I need waterproofing when I am the one who asked for waterproofing services. Not scientific and just a lot of BS.

My first time engaging Skyline Waterproofing with no regrets. They have fixed my long time water seepage problem which I've gone through numerous failed repair. Sohal is very experienced with an eye for detail, when you show him the problem, he knows the issues right away. He does not hard sell his product, but rather give genuine suggestions from customer point of view. Their workmanship is good, highly recommended. They have also fixed my sink leakage and was well done.

Was given a quote after a no obligation inspection by Royston from Skyline and we decided on the work to be done over a weekend. Work was hassle free with minimal noise. We could see the experience from the assigned contractor, Anik who was very deft in preparing the affected areas for the work, the injection process of the waterproofing material, the putty application and in the paint restoration that matched our original color and also in the clearing up of the dust and reasonable cleaning of the affected areas. I must commend Anik for a job well done. Skyline gets two thumbs up for getting the leaking areas of our apartment repaired and are highly recommended for getting such problems rectified.

Edited My after 2 years true review with them. The Problem will never fully solve if due to water seepage. So? Just Save the money n live with it😂😂😂 Year 2022 Engaged them for my water seepage. No regret. Workmanship is good. Now am waiting to see is my water seepage fully solve boh, anyway I got 1 year warranty from them, so any issue just pm them, they very prompt in reply😂😂😂

We were having water seepage issues just 2 weeks before CNY. Went through a few option, my friend recommended Skyline waterproofing. The response was very prompt from inspection to arrangement of solving the problem by PU injection within 3 days. It not only solve the problems but at a lower cost. The engineer, Roystance was very knowledgeable and professional. He were not suggest to do anything over and above should he assessed not necessary. He had full confidence and only pay after job was completed. The seepage problems was resolved and my neighbour was happy and commented the workers were very helpful. We are very happy to have engaged Skyline waterproofing for the service. Happy Chinese New Year to Roystance and the team. Huat Ah!

Amazing, speedy work! My kitchen ceiling was leaking at midnight, but Royston was very responsive despite the late hour and the team came to fix the leaking ceiling by 2-3am on same night. I could never be more thankful! ☺️

Got Skyline to provide nanotechnology as well as PU treatments to rectify water seepage in my bathroom which has caused some damage to parquet flooring in bedroom. Royston came the very day for a no obligation inspection and was patient and clear in explaining the treatment process. I received the quotation within 24 hours as promised. The quotation was clear and itemised in details what would be covered. On appointed day, staff arrived punctually and did necessary set up including putting protective sheets to contain dust, splatter etc Despite all these, there was quite a bit of cleaning to be done after the job which took almost an entire day. The PU machine splattered quite a fair bit of stuff across the the floor as well as the fan which the staff used to help speed up the drying process. It is 2 weeks after the ‘repair’, and the exposed parquet flooring area looks dry so far. Hence carpenter would be coming in to install new parquet to replace those damage by the seepage. Their pricing was good and while it is early days still, I hope the treatments would be effective in rectifying the water seepage.

Despite being so forthcoming at the start, by visiting my premise and offering an interim quote, there were no follow-ups, despite repeated reminders to M** as well as the call centre. Truly unprofessional and an ugly experience.

Choose your contractor wisely. In our case, we met one who doesn't come on time for appointment and has to reschedule another person a few hours later. The person came and quoted $4,200 which he said will follow through with an official quote. They completely forgotten about it until I reached out to them again. The quote came back after one month on 8 January 2023 at $6,500. They claim this is a slight adjustment from $4,200 to $6,500 due to GST increase to 8%. I pointed out to them more than 50% increase is not slight. Responsiveness and Trust is not existent in this company. I posted this on their Facebook and they promptly deleted it. That's how much integrity they have.

Very impressed with the work done by Skyline Waterproofing Solutions. I had problems of water leakage through the walls in my bedroom and kitchen. The survey done by Royston was swift and the problem was immediately identitied with the infra red gadget he uses. The work performed thereafter by his worker Sohal was wonderful. Very meticulous and knowledgeable Bangladeshi. 10 years of experience with great workmanship. The service included reinstating the wall to its original condition with putty, painting etc.
