   Engaged Eucon via friend recommendation. Intended to change whole aircon system at home and spoke to 2 other sellers prior to Eucon but engaged them eventually due to them being able to suggest a better route for the piping and not just to complete work in most convenient way for them. Attitude of staff is good and prompt in replying any queries. Job is completed on time and willing to take any feedbacks during work.

   I engaged Euconair to replace the entire system for the entire apartment. It involved re-positioning and changing from ducted to split, they furnished a drawing with the exact location prior to commencement of work. It's very helpful and reassuring! They gave good advice, prompt in their response and delivered on time though it involved cutting the ceiling. The ceiling in the living, dining and bedrooms was nicely plastered and painted. It's a hassle free experience with a professional team!

   Forget using their online booking service. Even though it is made publicly available and I received a confirmation email of my booking, nobody turned up on the day & time specified. When I called to ask what is going on, the staff confirmed with me that it is not live yet and they are not using it. So why make it publicly available when still in testing stage?
