This is my first time using Everyworks. I had a leaking kitchen faucet and during the initial query phase, they were very detailed in determining what was the issue before they suggested the work needed, with clear and transparent pricing. Renovation worker Shakil arrived on time, was fast in his work and professional. He changed and checked everything within 15 minutes. Very fuss free and pleasant experience.

Frabuk/Frabok is unprofessional -he didn’t did every single services which listed in the quotation that worth 65$ -he couldn’t communicate with me in English properly -he didn’t bring stepladder and step on my bed instead -I ask him to refill the gas for the compressor but he didn’t -he clean my aircon with the cloth that he used to step with his foot and mopping the floor - he promised to send me online receipts but he didn’t -he broke my bed frame Especially the he still didn’t fix the trouble yet Im unsatisfied with this service and please send someone who able to communicate in English properly to avoid unnecessary troubles for customers

I do see good reviews of this company mainly on their plumbing service which I won't comment. However, my experience with them on cleaning service is a dismay. My faucet mixers sustained micro scratches after a cleaning session. Personnel were then sent on site for visual inspection and claimed that it's due to aging. This argument does not hold water because scratches are developed due to abrasion. They came back with $200 compensation as good will and not as admitting of err on their end. I turned down this compensation because they framed this incident as fussy customer instead of their own lack of professionalism or quality of service. I would advise folks who own hotel grade faucets to stay away from their cleaning service.

Very good service! My aircon was extremely dirty and had some issues because the previous cleaning hadn’t been done thoroughly. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly cleaned and working well, spending a lot of time and effort to get it right. He also took the time to show me what the issues were and explain everything clearly. Really appreciate the effort and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Jalal and Kumar replace the leaking pipe in less than 20 mins. Generally good service but more could be done to contain the water before cutting the pipe as water pour out and got onto the wooden cabinets underneath and behind the fridge. Otherwise, job is done professionally, politely and fast.
