Due to a negligence from the first pest control company, we happened to find Fidz Pest online and engaged them to do an inspection for our house. The result was that, our house is infested with bird mites and throughout the entire inspection, the specialist was very patient and answered our endless questions. This is something that is much needed given our first encounter with bird mites. 2 treatments are required for the elimination of bird mites. For the first treatment, they came and wrap our house with plastic bags and even answered our questions patiently and commenced the treatment. For the second treatment, they were also very patient as well! I am so thankful to discover their company via online and with their professional advice, our house is FREE from bird mites and we can't thank them enough for their patience and understanding throughout this period! We will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Fidz Pest Management to our friends, family or relatives! Thank you once again for the awesome customer service!

I engaged Fidz Pest for flea issue in November. Shahryn, Raihan and Sheila assisted the entire process (2x misting and 24-hr customer service). They were professional, confident and comforting when I was feeling helpless with the situation. Shahryn is very knowledgeable in his work and I really appreciate his calm demeanor whenever I enquired about flea behavior. FYI- flea is about control so have to understand about the parasite’s lifecycle. Fidz Pest offers one-time treatment but if problem do persists, do enquire/ switch to monthly treatment procedures.

The inspection team was able to identify the problems (booklice and two different species of cockroaches plaguing my place) and recommend a management plan that was reasonably priced. They are responsive and provided a report after each treatment. Will use them again for sure! Thank you

Found them at Carousel. Promptly come for site inspection within 2 hours of phone call. Thorough inspection, report, advice and quotation all done on the spot. 3 days later, 1st treatment for bed bug problem. Follow up 2nd treatment a week later. All on time. Recommended to engage Fidz Pest 👍🏼

Responses were fast through Whatsapp. Customer service staff was very understanding and patient in explaining the pest management process. They assured us that they will help to solve the bed bugs issue and explained details on warranty. The specialist that served us to exterminate the bed bugs infestation was very professional with the treatment. The treatment was thorough and we did not see any bed bugs after the first treatment (ours was a light infestation). Called them down for a 2nd service to ensure full extermination.
