I purchased an air conditioner from Best Denki and had Fusion Aircon install it. Overall, I am very satisfied. Communication was clear and smooth from the start, and they kept me well-informed about the progress of the work. The installation staff were professional, and the work was done carefully and neatly. There were a few issues during the installation, but they handled them properly, and their follow-up afterwards was excellent. A big thumbs up to Fusion Aircon for their attentive service 👍. I would definitely recommend them!

Jiean and partners arrived on time for the Mitsubishi Aircon installation. They covered up all the furniture before work. Aircon trunking were well designed and nicely done. They clean up the area after installation completed and tested all aircon units are operating fine before leaving our house. Service well done !!!

It's a tough job replacing my old Daikin with a new one—system 2 with 2 Split units. Hein Min and Wathone did an excellent job. Careful, skillful yet fast. Really thumbs up to them.

I had actually written a very bad review previously due to one foreign maintenance guy who totally jammed my cylindrical blower rendering it totally unremovable during my bi-annual maintenance. Fusion actually took my complaint seriously and send a local guy Alvin who is totally experienced. He actually replaced a new blower having to break open the previous one. I am totally impressed by his workmanship which renewed my faith in Fusion Air-Con. This definitely changed my view of the company and kudos to capable technician like Alvin. I will engaged their services again due to their dedication and commitment to put things right. Thanks Alvin again for everything and having me changed my perception of Fusion Air-Con.

I am very upset of how the air con was installed on 6th April. After one month, the air con was not cold and after getting my usual contractor they told me that there was air con air leakage which have caused the air to be warm instead of cold . This is totally not acceptable and wasting my leave just to have it installed and I have to clean the house . I don’t recommend this company referred by best Denki . And I tried calling the contractor no response . This is really bad and irresponsible . If I can put 0 star I will definitely put 0 star review

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Fusion Air-Con & Electrical Services was disappointing. For my aircon installation, the appointment was scheduled between 2pm and 4pm, but the team only arrived around 6pm. The installation dragged on until nearly 9pm and felt rushed. During a later servicing, the technician who originally installed the units told me that one of the indoor units could not be properly serviced because the false ceiling needed to be cut. This was never mentioned during installation. If there was an access issue, it should have been identified and addressed from the start, not discovered during routine servicing. I was later charged $280 if I want to cut the false ceiling. What disappointed me most was that after engaging another aircon company, their technician was able to service the same unit without any issue. He also identified installation defects that had likely caused a strange noise I had been hearing for over a year, including a missing screw and a component that had not been properly lubricated. Based on my experience, I have concerns about the installation quality, workmanship, and after-sales support. I expected much better for a system that was only about two years old.

Alvin and his assistant come to service my 5 aircon units. Dismantling each unit and clean,wipecand vaccum. Even told me to contact Samsung to come check water droplet dispel out from one of the hall unit and and condenser very cold will have problem.👍👍

The three members installed my new split system and were professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. Everything was completed within the scheduled time and they tidied up after they finished. I was very happy with the team that came to install my new Daikin Aircon. They took good care to cover up all my furniture and items so as not to dirty them during the installation works. Also I notice they study the best way to carry out the installation as the existing pipe and spare did not match the new FCU. The technician, Hein Min was very professional and explained how to operate the system to me in details. I will definitely recommend Fusion Aircon Services to my friends and family. 👍🏻

incompetent and rude workers with no capability to get anything done. Also will damage your aircon and blame everyone but themselves just to avoid compensation. You can show them evidence and put out facts, they will just argue with you and threaten you. Don't ever consider this company.

I really liked the work of the two men who came and installed my new air con. They gave me suggestions on where I should best install my new air cons at and they have put in their fullest effort and ability in doing so. I want to appreciate and thank Shankar and Kaungsan for the installation.

I bought my aircon from Best Denki and was installed by fusion aircon. The workmanship is poor and also causing the aircon trunking with condensation issue leading to mould issues. Sharing my mishap so someone else don’t have to go through the same.
