We were serviced by Lwar and Kaung and it was a wonderful experience with them! They were very detailed and meticulous in cleaning the corners of the house, and explained the steps as well. They also took effort to be careful when shifting the furniture so that they don't knock into the walls. Our floors were squeaky clean after- honestly I don't think we ever had such clean floors before, and all the dirt were removed from the grooves of the vinyl. Really happy with GiantWorks and will be returning again when the house needs it!

My tiles feel sandy after renovation. Engaged Giantworks to do deep cleaning. The team came on time and was very proffesional. Explained to me clearly everything that they were doing. My tiles feel alot smoother after the cleaning. Will engage them again in the future!

Han and his team was very professional, before starting the service, he clarified the whole cleaning process and made sure that I was okay with the proposed as the house was quite cluttered and quite a bit of moving was required. They were also very detailed on the cleaning and even used a small brush for the corners of the walls so that no spot was left uncleaned. Highly recommended!

Han is very detailed & friendly! He noticed the base of our cupboard having no silicon & advised us to get it filled to prevent water seeping in. I've been walking around the house numerous times and never notice the scratch marks which he spotted when cleaning the rooms. Price is reasonably as well 👍🏻

Booked a service call on the recommendation from a friend who recently used the cleaning/sealing package. Was surprised when the team arrived with plenty of heavy equipment ready to tackle my post-renovation clean up. Before the cleaning, the crew explained clearly what they were going to do, and kept me updated throughout the cleaning process. Was very satisfied with the end result, the floors were transformed from a powdery and dusty mess to squeaky clean. 100% recommend for anybody dreading doing post renovation cleaning.

First timer with Giantworks. Service is excellent, they are friendly and patience with us. Due to the condition of our floor, they went over and above to provide extra layer of coating. They even manage to scrap off the cement stain on floor so coating can be applied. Lwar and his team deserve and applaud for their service.

The team from GiantWorks—Han, Lwar, and Kaung—arrived on time and efficiently cleaned and polished the vinyl flooring of my newly renovated home. Despite some hiccups in my renovation schedule, they accommodated and even helped clean up residuals left by the contractors, offering solutions for the mess. They did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend GiantWorks for professional floor cleaning. The results are amazing, as shown in the attached images.

Highly recommend the works from Gaintworks. Was impressed by their professionalism. I had a last min request to add more rooms for deep cleaning, and they had arranged me on the spot. Depsite being on leave, Supervisor Han spent time and effort to help me coordinate. On top of that, they had also called more staffs to help out since they had more rooms to deep clean. My house is not empty, some rooms have furniture; they even help to move some lighter furniture out of the room, so they could deep clean room even more. Very happy with their service!

Today, I commissioned GianWorks to perform a deep cleaning and protective coating application for my newly acquired HDB flat. I greatly appreciate the professional cleaning service provided by GianWorks. The team leader and members were very professional and meticulous, thoroughly cleaning the floors and every corner. Friendly and knowledgeable! Willing to answer all my questions pertaining to the services provided. Very dedicated in getting every corner of the house scrubbed! We did vinyl floorings for the living rooms and tiles for the balcony and kitchen. It took longer than expected as there were a lot of our furniture that needed shifting. Overall 5 stars and have recommended to families and friends!

From booking of the service right until completion the team had been very responsive and accommodating to my needs. I had initially only booked for deep floor cleaning but upon arrival the serviceman recommended to do a detailed cleaning and explained the work that will be performed. They did this very professionally and I did not feel that they were trying to upsell their service in anyway. Upon completion they went through all the cleaning done (and not due to old stains) which was satisfactory and exceeded my expectations. I’m glad I did this cleaning as they had targeted some hard to reach places like the window tracks, grilles and door frames. Once they had left I felt the unit was finally clean and dust free!

Great service from Mr Han and his team Seri and Khat. MR Han was very friendly and detailed with his work. Informed me about the unremovable sillicon stain on the floor, which was quite invisible to me. Even carried the vacuum cleaner to show me how dirty the water is. And lastly i accidentally stepped on the floor when the coating was not dry yet. MR han did not hesitate to re-coat it for me.

I engaged GiantWorks to do a professional clean-up of my house post-renovation + vinyl floor cleaning + deep cleaning of the bathroom/kitchen floor. The booking process was simple and straightforward. There was a small calculation error but it wasn't a huge deal. On the day itself, Han was the supervisor in-charge of the clean-up and he was dishonest. He made it sound like his team was ready to clean so I rushed down to open the door for him. Turned out, he just wanted a place to eat, charge his phone. His team was still at another project. During the walk-through, Han told me that they will be cleaning my aircon. I was surprised cos from the service agreement, they would only be cleaning the exterior of the aircon. I checked with Han to ensure that he was correct and he confirmed that his team would be opening the aircon up to clean. I nodded and left it as that. However, when I came back later in the day, Han told me that he was unable to clean the aircon as the remote controller has NO battery. Since it wasn't a big deal, I didn't pursue the matter. The next day, I found the remote controllers to be working normally with new batteries attached as well. He must have realised he has told me the wrong information. But instead of admitting his mistakes, he decided to lie. The whole clean-up was supposed to take at least 6 hours. However, Han finished it in less than 3 hours. That was fishy. During the inspection before handover, Han refused to let me into the rooms because he claimed that the protective layers had just be applied to the floor so it's best advice not to walk in till an hour later. When I pointed out that the window was left opened, he said he will walk in and close it later. As I was running a fever then, it didn't click - why could he walk in and I couldn't? The handover walked through was very rushed and Han made me signed the handover document and made me choose that I had inspected everything. I said, "But I didn't check everything." Han said it should be okay as he has checked. I was feeling unwell so I quickly signed and went home to rest. Han said he would send me the cleaning report in an hour. However, he did not until the next day. The next day, when I went back to check, I realised the house was in a worse state than before Han and team came over. The cupboards had dirty water stains on it, there were footprints all over the kitchen floor, corners were not cleaned, an attachment on the door was taken off and left on the ledge, windows were not cleaned properly, bottom of cabinets were not cleaned, fingerprints were everywhere and the floor? There were no difference. I texted the team to report about this and instead of apologising, they insisted that I made FULL payment immediately. And as I have signed the handover report, there's nothing they could do. They even have the audacity to send me the service agreement. After I insisted, the company sent Han over to touch-up the cleaning. Han apologised but instead of apologising for his mistakes and for lying, he blamed it on his colleagues. He said they went into the house after he has cleaned so they were the ones who dirtied the place. He then started cleaning but he wasn't detailed as usual. I had to point out obvious stains to him and then he would scrub it unwillingly. During the clean-up, one of his colleague scratched the laminate of my cupboard. Instead of apologising, GiantWorks asked me to pay the remaining bill even AFTER I flagged out the damage to them. In the end, I withheld $100 (amount for damage in the agreement) and paid the rest. By then, I was too tired to argue and even though there were still many areas that were dirty, I sent Han off. The company continue to pester me about the $100 and made it sound like I was the one refusing to pay. The damaged laminate can only be coloured in and cannot be repaired. I also realised that GiantWorks would only clean with clear water, no detergent will be used. All in all, it has been a horrible experience and I won't recommend hiring them.

I’ve never done a power scrub for my kitchen floor before but am so glad I did! Best decision ever! Han was meticulous in his work and made sure that no dirt escapes his eye 🤣 super happy with the end result and will definitely engage the company’s service again! Perhaps I should have power scrubbed my living and bedrooms too haha. Next time!! I’ll let the photos do the talking!

The team is very detailed and professional. We have many movable items and they did their best to help us move and shift it back neatly. The price is reasonable as well. Would recommend to others to engage for their vinyl cleaning.

Did floor cleaning today and was very impressed by the results. They managed to remove many stubborn stains that had been there since our post-reno period 1.5 years ago. The cleaning also made our blackened grout much whiter by removing the accumulated dirt (though not 100% due to discolouration over time). As we have wood tiles, dirt tends to get stuck between the grooves of the tiles and the machine helped to remove it all. I also liked that they moved the furniture around to have a very through clean of the entire house. Would definitely re engage their services. Sharing some before after pictures
