   The aircon service technicians were punctual for the appointment. As my aircon units were newly installed for a year, the filters are not very dusty & dirty. The cleaning process are clean & efficiently done. Thank you Global Aircon Solution team (previously I Home Soultion) for the great job !

   I contacted ihome solution however the receipt issued is from global aircon solution so I am not sure if the technician is from global aircon solution or from ihome solution. The technician not so true of what he is telling from what I saw. I hope your staff really doing their work with heart and not deceiving costumer.

   Decided to try their recent FB promotion for 3 units cleaning @$58. The aircon service technicians were punctual for the appointment. However, they completed the cleaning very quickly. Compared to other aircon cleaning services that we have engaged before, their cleaning was not as thorough. Others that I have used would wash the front panel & clean the filters thoroughly. They will then spray an anti-bacterial cleaner into the vents. They didn't do this. What shocked me was that they completed the cleaning of the 3 units in less than 30 mins. Also, they kept upselling by saying that I needed to do chemical wash which I have already done early this year. Personally, I wouldn't recommend their cleaning service despite their promotion.

   Hi Jase thanks for your kind comment* Firstly, we would like to apologize to you and explain that spraying anti-bacterial cleaner was never part of our servicing because not all customer may like to have this additonal clean being spray onto thier Aircon. As per servicing as per promotion. We will definitely wash your cover and your filter. Not sure what you mean by not thorough. You might want to send us photos what do you mean so that we can feedback to our management and get it clean up for you or sort out for you since it's so unsatisfactory for you. As for up-selling, we are only responsible enough and taking pride in our work to let you know if there is any issue with you aircon. Like we always do and we will only recommend because it's our responsibility to let you know what's is the best for your Aircon since it's so important as part of our daily life. We will never force our customers to do things if they do not wish to do but it's still our job to let them know. Lastly with 2 service personal with minimum together more then 10 years of experiences doing for you and if there is no issue with your aircon, 30min is fair enough. If you think that they did not done up to your standards or there is something we miss out You can call us at 90627095.
