Excellent service from start to finish. I was overseas when my elderly dad needed plumbing work done, and they were able to come out within an hour to fix the kitchen tap. On top of that, they kindly helped with a last-minute request to replace the shower tap and hose as well. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. They communicated directly with me, sent photos and updates, and handled everything professionally without needing to trouble my dad. Really appreciated their prompt response, efficiency, and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

Some months ago, engaged greenwood to fix the house leaking basin pipe. A young contractor came very helpful, knowledgeable and gave me good advise cos i was using some chrome pipe bought online and thought there is a better option. Also requested an upgrade to basin cover for a fair price. Recommended

Water leaked in my water heater tank and it caused the mains c/b to trip. Response from Greenwood was quick and he was friendly. The faulty heater was secured in an awkward location and he replaced it very quickly without hacking the false ceiling. This saved some money for me 👍. Thank you, Greenwood!!

Contacted Greenwood Electrical and Plumbing to replace a wall angle valve, install a twin outlet water connector, and fix a minor sink drain pipe leak at the slip joint. What stood out immediately was their price transparency. They were upfront about the costs from the start, so there were no surprises, no awkward moments, and no post-job shock. I reached out to them on a Sunday, and they were able to communicate clearly and accommodate the job on Monday, which already says a lot about their efficiency and responsiveness. Are they cheap? No. Are they worth it? Absolutely. You are paying for professionalism, efficiency, and peace of mind. If after the job you suddenly feel they should have charged less because everything was done so smoothly, then honestly, that is not on them. Efficiency is a skill, not a discount trigger. The technician who attended was Andrew or Adrien, apologies if I got the name slightly wrong, but the workmanship was spot on. Everything was done neatly, properly, and professionally. If you value clear communication, transparent pricing, and solid workmanship, Greenwood Electrical and Plumbing is a safe and reliable choice. Highly recommended.

Got a quote for repairing a wall unit toilet fill valve for $580, which would include the removal of the bowl from the wall. It seemed high so I called another licensed plumber. They quoted $250 and did it for $270 which also included the removal of the toilet and resealing. Can't comment on Greenwood's quality of work and given the reviews I'm sure they're good, and I'll say that their communication is lovely. It's just that asking for quotes from different companies always a good idea.

Truthfully I think not the cheapest but services are definitely good!! I bought a resale condo and didnt reno much - so had to keep calling them in each time to resolve each bathroom issue 😭 from faulty heater to leaking showers then leaking tap 😪 but really good service!! Thanks to Andrew and team

Appreciated Mr Goh for his help and prompt in replies when I called to enquired about a sink stopper replacement service on 06/08/25 evening . Also would like to extend my gratitude to Mr Andrew, a very humble, polite and experienced plumber, who arrived punctually on 07/08/25 and help fixed the problem swiftly and skillfully. He even helped to checked my drain pipe and cleared the mildly choked pipe and before he left, he also makes sure the site is clean and tidy. Contacted Greenwood after seeing many good reviews on Google, and here’s one more feather in their cap! Mr Goh responded very promptly even though it was a weekend evening and arranged to have a plumber come to my place at an agreed time. While it cost more than another plumbing service I’ve used before, Andrew was very tidy and did excellent work in clearing both my kitchen sink and common bathroom sink floor traps (concealed). He also shared how increasing the water flow from the tap can actually improve the drainage, as well as some good habits that can help slow down sludge buildup. Overall, I’m very pleased with Greenwood’s service and yes, I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable plumber.

As always, good service experience. Plumber spoke good English and did his work professionally. Had a on site add-on to cost as there was some incidentals during the replacement works.
