I engaged Desmond from Handyme to help with a water seepage issue. He gave me a very clear and detailed explanation of all the options available, unlike some of the other contractors I spoke to who simply suggested PU injection. Desmond took the time to explain the different options, including their costs, pros and cons, as well as the practical and human aspects to consider—not just the technical side. A warranty is also provided after engaging their service, which gave me additional peace of mind. Compared to my previous experience with another contractor, who left my place in a mess and did not clean up properly, Handyme made sure the work was carried out professionally. They had good preparation beforehand, such as taping up plastic sheets to protect the surrounding areas, which significantly reduced the amount of cleaning required afterwards. Desmond also made a few follow-up calls periodically after the job was completed to make sure everything was alright. I really appreciated this level of after-sales service and attention to detail. It was a pleasure engaging Handyme. The team was responsible, professional and thorough. Their pricing was also reasonable compared to the other contractors I spoke to. Overall, I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

We face water leaking issues in our old condo which we had not been able for a long time to identify the cause. The management office told us to undertake repairs. Luckily Desmond came this morning to examine on-site, and pointed correctly to us that the appearance of the leaking, which follows a vertical trail, indicates that it is coming from stacked pipes that are under common property and which individual owners should not interfere with, instead condo management should properly handle and repair what belongs to common property. Desmond is very helpful and gives us professional judgement even though it would had been more profitable to carry out repair. I recommend Desmond to anyone who needs professional support with building leak issues

I have contacted Mark and engaged HandyMe Waterproofing & Services last year to do waterproofing works for my bathroom and repair of ceiling due to water leakage. Their services is excellent and workers are skilled and good. Recently, I have engaged their services again to repair my bedroom internal wall due to leakage water from windows and external facade waterproofing works. Mark is always very punctual and came on site to tell workers what to do. He always responded to messages very promptly. Good customer service! The workers deployed are skilled and hardworking. They finished their work till evening and cleaned up the place before they leave. Excellent 😊

We would like to appreciate the work done by Mr Mark and his team to help us to seal a roof leakage issue at our premises. Eugene (contractor) and his workers from HandyMe did a very good job with the spalling repairs in the balcony area and painting of the wall (Interior). The workers were meticulous in ensuring all was done up to standard and they also did a good job cleaning up the debris. They also helped me carry pots of plants and arrange them properly in the balcony as well. Both workers were pleasant and professional. Am satisfied with the outcome. Ms Caroline.

Kian and his team did an excellent job with the waterproofing at our property. They managed to solve the leaking issue at the wet kitchen which previous companies were not able to. Also did a good job with the exterior painting. Communication with Kian is good and he gives good solutions. His team is efficient and clearly experienced. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable waterproofing services.

From the initial surface preparation to the final application of the waterproofing membrane, coatings and painting, their team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency and great attention to detail. The quotation provided was reasonably priced and competitive, considering the high-quality waterproofing solutions used and the extensive area covered. There was no hard selling during the site inspection and everything proposed was transparent and clearly explained. While the project was a considerable investment from my perspective, the level of workmanship, materials and execution made it clear that I was getting great value for the amount spent. The entire project took 21 days of continuous work, reflecting the complexity and thoroughness involved. Throughout this period, Mr. Vincent provided daily updates on the work completed, ensuring I was always well-informed. As the main point of contact, he maintained constant communication which I truly appreciated. Recently, I approached Vincent for a water seepage issue in my unit below. He arranged for qualified plumbers to do a site visit (unlike others who send Sales executive who are already pre-disposed to sell a solution). The workers who came did not have any business motive and all they wanted to do was to diagnose the problem and suggest a remedial action. Interestingly they found no seepage from the upper unit but instead found the issue with an adjacent internal AC pipe. Vincent called back and conveyed the assessment as is without trying to push his service. I was impressed with his attitude of keeping the conversation honest with the customer even though this meant that the assessment did not translate into a sales outcome. In the process he has earned customer trust and confidence. This is how good businesses are built in the long run. He will be my go-to-person for future needs.

Found Handyme on google search last December 2023 to solve the waterpipe above the toilet's ceiling has a pin hole leakage, Mr Kian a humble guy give me swift respond and provide me with a reasonable price and a excellent job. In March 2024 I engaged them the 2nd time to solve my exterior wall for waterproofing and repaint it. Trust me is very hard to find a responsibility cum reasonable contractor now a days.

I enlisted Handyme's services to repair leaks around the skylight canopy of my property in Jan 2024. Vincent conducted the site inspection and provided the repair proposal within the same day. Despite the unpredictable monsoon weather, all repairs were completed timely and satisfactorily according to schedule. I was abroad at the time but Vincent was always available via Whatsapp and shared progress photos updates. I had a positive experience with Handyme and would use their services again.
