First time enggage thier services, Fast response, never late because my situation needed more then a day to settle, affordable for me. I've just renewed my contract with iHome Solution. I must say that they have been very punctual and polite everytime they come. They are also very honest and transparent with their pricing. Some other contractors will grab every chance to repair/change this and that but not iHome. Everytime they do their works, they also clean up the place for me. The guys were very efficient and worked very fast on our 3-units installation. These guys really care about the job. What’s really impressive was the workmanship. The trunking was very clean and neat with no visible collateral damages from the removal of the old units. Really appreciate the effort and thank you very much.

I have been using iHome for a few years and they were professional and know what they are doing. Booking by whatapps is convenient and response is fast. They will also send you updates when your servicing is due. I would like to commend Ah Seng who can diagnose faults which other aircon contractors couldn't. He is responsible and skillful in what he's doing.

Look no further!! This team is the best when it comes to aircon servicing..I have had an aircon failure at 10pm at night..not only did I get a response at this late hour but the problem was fixed by 10am next day..and it was a Sunday!!!! Superior customer service from Ken and the team - ALWAYS!!

I recently had the pleasure of engaging iHome to install a new Mitsubishi Starmex System-1 in my home, and I am very impressed with their work. From the moment I enquired about their services via WhatsApp, the boss Ken was prompt in his replies and provided a competitive quote with no pressure attached. I had shortlisted 5 companies near my area for quotes and decided iHome was the most suitable. When the team arrived to install the aircon, they were warm, diligent, and displayed a high level of integrity throughout the entire process. Even though my installation was only a system-1, they sent a team of 4 (Yong/Fu/Chai/Sethu) who were all punctual and ready to get to work. What really impressed me was when we ran into a tricky situation with my flat's unique layout, which caused the job to overrun time. But they didn't cut corners and coordinated among themselves until they found a piping solution that preserved the aesthetic of my home and fit my requirement for a straightforward piping layout. Overall, I am grateful for iHome's exceptional service and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of aircon installation. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the end result.

Engaged their service some time back, came an unprofessional China technician who damages my walls and property when doing chemical wash. I don’t know how he can caused large puddle of water all over my walls, floor and electrical items! My new printer and existing air purifier has not been working well since then! What’s worse? Learnt from another experience technician recently that the China technician has forced screw the blower in the opposite direction and damaged it! He mentioned we might need to change the whole parts if he is not able to install it back due to the mistakes done by that China technician! Lucky he was able to fix it back but we might not be so lucky the next time round! Horrible service! Engage them at your own risk!

These guys are AMAZING. I wasn't able to use my room AC for nearly 2 years when the previous company I used told me they were unable to help fix it due to gas leak, and even told me I'd have to tear down my wall/ built in cabinet to access the piping. Then, my Dad found this company to service the AC in his room and they were able to miraculously fix my AC by checking the compressor placed outside my flat. I have used them twice now. They are efficient, on time, not messy, and honest. Kudos to good local companies like these. You must be doing something right to have a group of such wonderful team.

Great experience engaging Ken, Ah Yong and team to install 8 aircond at our tuition centre. Very professional, efficient and well organized team. This is my second time engaging the team for new aircond installation. The entire experience is very pleasant and everything worked out seamlessly as planned. I contacted Ken at 9am in the morning, sharing that 1 of my aircon was pouring down water last night. He quickly arranged for his capable team to come at 10am on the same day and within 90mins, all my 6 aircon units are clean and working.
