By accident, I came across Ju Jiang and engaged them to service my aircon and also troubleshoot all my aircon issues. I have since never used another aircon company since like 15 years ago. Very prompt in responding to queries especially KC and also the team is always punctual, polite and know their work well. Very satisfied with their work and skill and will always use them

Long time customer here. They have been servicing my aircon since I first moved in 8 years ago. Always responsive and efficient. few days ago, one of the unit start blinking. Called ju jiang and responded even its Christmas Day. Ah San the technician came today, and the aircon appears working fine lol. Instead of just leaving it as it is, he took extra care and double check the thermistor just in case. Turned out it’s really the thermistor problem and he replaced it. Really grateful to have such dedicated team in my contact.
