Avoid at all cost. I have made a booking with plumber for 11 April on 3rd April. Confirmation from him was given. Another message to the plumber too on 7th April again for reminder on 11 April. He too say ok. To my super surprise, he message me during last min at 951pm on the night before the actual day to say he was called for another project!!!! Hey hello! You have a job with me and u can cancel me out like that due to some other project site rushing? No business ethic !

   Response from the business

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the last-minute cancellation of your plumbing appointment. This is certainly not the level of service or professionalism we aim to provide. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive such short notice, especially after multiple confirmations. Please rest assured that we take your feedback seriously and will address this issue internally to ensure better communication and reliability in the future. If you’re open to giving us another chance, please contact us directly at [9665 0821] so we can make arrangements to resolve your plumbing needs promptly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better. Best regards, Leong Meng Construction Pte Ltd Team
