Exceptional Pest Control Service Experience A Seamless and Effective Pest Removal Process • I must say I am super impressed with their service—a very professional team. • From the first call (a very polite and knowledgeable receptionist) I made to them, right down to the home visit by a professional assessor (a man who knew right away what the problem was, very professional), and then to the brave technician (Mr. Farid) who came and eliminated the entire village of cockroaches in my kitchen island while I was cringing away. • He made it all seem so easy and meticulously did his job. • He gave very good advice, and up until today, there isn't a single cockroach in my house. • I am really grateful that I don't have to scream every day and be distraught. The thing i like about this company is they are all very assuring and comforting frm the start till the end. They have won my trust to recommend their services to others.. • Kudos to Majors Pest! • God bless this company and all the nice people working there.

well, there were good at first, it was a contract basis. 1) they became complacent, and some of the things were not performed such as skirting. 2) I ONLY REQUIRE pictorial report when there is findings such as stagnant water, or rodents caught. I was informed that they don't have such service, BUT they have pictorial for EVERY service, and my company require to top up the amount. kept asking me why i only require picture report for findings i totally gave up communicating with them for this issue, and it was hanging for several months until they requested me to customer satisfaction survey. i filled up the survey, and they finally get back to me after a month when i send the survey, i was quoted $50.00 for such report. ridiculous!
