   The after service was really bad. My air con flap was loose after the service and we tried contacting them and they mia us. After multiple attempts then did they reply and said they would come over. However for 3 days which they liased with us to come, they failed to turn up and wasted our time waiting for them. Totally unacceptable. No one deserves such service.

   Dear friends don't use the O2 aircon they no response your calls and msg and you take yearly contract (YCM) they no response and Dear Tamilnadu and other workers don't join the company they no pay properly your salary...

   I am Francis as ERA Agent and having more professional aircon service providers. But I would like to use only O2 Aircon Engg for my own house. The existing aircon compressor was failure due to wear and tear getting old. O2 professionals identified the issues and gave two suggestions. I decided to replace new aircon fan coil units & compressor only and remain same piping. O2 Aircon Engg quoted reasonable price and replaced it on the same day to settle the issues. Really appreciated & recommend O2 Aircon Engg for your first choice.

   Just recently I use O2 service to change my house aircon using back same pipes. O2 was professional in sending team for a site visit without any obligation. The team was confident to install FC without touching the false ceiling which was very good. And they delivered. O2 sales team managed match the price and we're in constant follow-up. 5 stars to installation team who work professionally on site. Great Job done. Highly recommended.

   Have been using O2 for my quarterly AC maintenance for 3 years now. Their staffs are always polite, friendly, helpful and professional. Not to mention always on time too with their appointments. Contractor punctuality are hard to come by these days. I highly recommend O2 for any AC needs.

    The most 'HORRIBLEST' (most horrible of the horribles) aircon service i have ever encountered. DO NOT engage them. Not only were they slow in completing their work, they were always not on time. And they took so long to reply your messages. Their knowledge on aircon servicing is sub-par. They spoil my aircon compressor while doing retrunking, and they can't figure out what causes the fault til i have to engage another company to rectify the problem for them. And then, they took so long to refund my money. Their 'transfer now' can mean hours later. When they fix appt for u, it doesnt mean they will come down on that day. No one will update u when they are late, and u urself have to text them to find out why they are not here yet. And then they will anyhow change appt next day as they say they are engaged. Their workmanship is also horrible. The new trunk which they install looks so horrendous, it's disgusting. They didnt glue together and was ajar before they apply the silicon. U can breed bugs in there. And they leave some old trunks there hanging on ur wall. They are very scared of bad reviews, which explains why they hardly got any. They will literally beg u to bring down the bad review down for the sake of their company. They know nuts about aircon. DO NOT let them handle yours. U will definitely regret it. Trust me!

    I have been in Singapore quite a while and changed many service company's after you pay amount we have to follow-up for the services. Despite of O2 themselves follow-up every time and the cost is very cheap

    Excellent service with experienced technicians and serviceman. I am very happy with customer care, I had a cooling problem with one of the AC unit in my house, O2 Aircon rectified it, I am quite impressed with their expertise as they manage to identify the problem quickly. Obviously the team is highly skilled, carrying the best equipment to offer solutions. I highly recommend this company for Aircon servicing and maintenance (not sure about installations but I believe they are experts too).

    Basically I asked them to fix the aircon and showed them the problem. They say they can fix it and its $60 so I agreed. When arrived they say that the $60 is only for checking fee OMG. Then asking me to refill the gas for 120. Another technician and didn’t top up the gas and he fixed. What a bad experience. They dont even mention that the 60 is for checking!
