   Thanks to Jocelyn and her team for turning a pigeon nightmare on the air con ledge to a clean ledge with a beautiful view. She was responsive and was able to schedule my service promptly. The crew was on time, tidy, and fixed my bird problem. I had another company install plastic spikes initially but it failed immediately. Good value. Highly recommended.

   I had birds in the roof the last two weeks. Called Pest Off and got a prompt and professional response from Jocelyn. She and her "gang of spidermen" came quite soon. Within days my problem is solved. I would like to thank them for their outstanding and very friendly service.!

   I first knew about pest off as my condo was using their services. Subsequently I used them again for my work place. And always being attended by Jocelyn SEOW. Each time I had wonderful experience from her. She’s always consistent, efficient and responses to my queries via WhatsApp so promptly and spritely. She’s made my dreaded dealings with pest control so much more pleasant and fuss-free. My most recent treatment was today at my tenanted premise. Again, smooth as silk.    Jocelyn Seow was very responsive. She connected with me immediately even though it was a weekend. She was also very professional in explaining about options for preventing birds nesting around our aircon condenser. Her recommendation was spot on.    Excellent service by Hairil and Jamal. We had mosquito infestations in our school area and they were quick to provide excellent suggestions and act instantly. They did a great job and provided a good explanation on mosquito preventive methods. After doing their rounds, found the source of mosquito breeding area and immediately tackle the issue. Always on time and did their job well without even any supervision. Need only to brief and show them around the area once and they spring into action. Kudos to PestOff. Thank you for weekly job well done.

    Jeremy and Cooper helped me with the ant issue in my new place. I contacted Jeremy and he was very responsive and helpful! He replied me immediately and was available throughout our whole discussion. He was very helpful and asked me for more details so that they could best help us. He was also very reassuring in alleviating my worries about the ants. Even though we engaged them on a very last minute notice, they accommodated to our schedule and came down as soon as they could. Cooper was punctual, friendly and professional in looking for the ants. He also offered to come back to look at our house again to check once more after our renovation is finished. Happy with their service!

    Called them at 10pm at night and Jocelyn sent over Fairuzi to help. Jocelyn was very helpful and Fairuzi was the best. He helped to explain, set traps and even gave advice on how to set up preventive measures. He was very kind and patient even though it was alrdy very late at night.

    We had bird mites and pigeons nesting issues. We postponed the job twice as we wanted the little pigeons to fly away before doing the clearing and washing . Joslyn was very patient, professional and accomodating to our requests and let alone , we postponed twice ,pretty much on the 11th hour . When the piegons flew away , I called her immediately and she managed to get us on the earliest appointment without any hesitation. And we appreciate her dedication . Her colleagues who came were professional , friendly and dedicated in clearing up the Aircon ledge, netting , washing. Her other colleague who came to do the chemical atomisation was very detailed in enquiring our issues and gave us valuable advise . Thank you Pest Off, you have a wonderful team .

    Jocelyn was our main liaison person. She was very knowledgeable and prompt in responding to queries, even those outside of office hours. This assured me and my family that Pest Off would be able to deliver quality service. We also appreciated the fact that Pest Off provided a one-stop solution to our pigeon problems, as they were not only able to remove the pigeons, they were also able to provide spikes and netting to prevent pigeons from re-entering the space, as well as disinfectant, deodourising, and paint services.

    Realising we needed help to get rid of the bugs we contacted Pest Off and found them to be very professional. John and Patrick did a very thorough inspection and treatment of the effected rooms, explaining what to look for and how the treatment works. Jocelyn from the office was very responsive and helped organize around our schedule. I don't wish bed bugs upon my worst enemies and hope never to see them again.

    When I first contacted Jocelyn on whatsapp and relayed to her the bird problems (nesting and pooping) at my new resale unit at Bedok Reservoir, she provided a few options to solve the problems and also highlighted the potential health/hygiene issues that might crop if the problems are left ignored. We ended up with the bird net solution to prevent the bird problems from recurring again. Then, during site survey to assess the problems, I brought her to see the problematic areas and she immediately knew what needs to be done. Her knowledge and experience simply impressed me. The way she briefed the Lead Rope Access Technician was also very professional. Then when the bird deterrent works began, I visited the team twice in the 2 days to see for myself how it's done. I was impressed with how meticulous the whole team of 6 (if im not wrong) went about inserting the hooks for the net, while ensuring personal safety at all times. Being an ex-firefighter, I knew the dangers and risks involved in such tasks. They team leader also briefed me what they did and the problems faced in the course of their work. They are true professionals, experts in their field. With the risks involved and the quality services rendered before, during and after the whole project, I thought this investment is a small price to pay to prevent future problems.     Initial contact with SJ was nice and very knowledgable. Also, the service was super timely which was great. However, the agent visiting my house didn’t make much effort actually locating the source but went ahead quite quickly with some fogging. As a result, that didn’t help at all and I had to keep looking for the source myself (which in the end was actually really easy to find). I felt a more knowledgable staff member could have easily helped much more efficiently. This was unfortunately $300 completely for the bin.

    The consultant Sze Jia was very helpful and patience in explaining the baiting treatment process to me. The technician Zaidy and Hairil who came down was very professional and friendly. They informed me on their findings and the treatment process. They even take photograph and show me. Thanks for solving the termites issue.

    The operation contact SJ was super patience and does a great hand holding but quality of the pests elimination service was super unprofessional. My house was chemical atomized 3 times and it did not work. The main reason is because they are unable to identify the pests from DAY 1! THEY DID NOT FIND ANY PESTS BUT GO AHEAD TO EFFECT THE TREATMENT. No advice prior to the chemical treatment was provided and I have to keep doing research and ask questions which they do not quite answer. Thereafter they just leave things hanging. In my personal opinion, it's a hit and hope to get bull's eye attitude, they also do not have expertise in mites like what they claimed.

    Thanks Pest Off for solving the termites problem for my house. The consultant Jocelyn was very helpful and had explained the whole process to me. The Technician that came down was friendly and knowledgeable. He had informed me on his findings and the treatment steps taken. There were a few follow up trips to ensure the infestation is cleared.
