I have engaged Polar Tech Acmv for my air con servicing twice. It was recommended in my estate chat with special group buy rates. You get what you would expect but what I like the most is no hardselling. Well, at least not yet. And I appreciate the workers do not smell like an ashtray. Because I had a freelance technician once who reeks of cigarrete. And after servicing, my air con smells like tobacco for days! They invoice after the job is done and you can make payment by many convenient modes from the comfort of your mobile phone.

I've engaged Polar tech recently for the installation of air-cons for my own home. Being a first time homeowner, I've had many questions in terms of what system/materials suits my 3 room flat, and naturally I was also afraid of their workmanship, what if the aircon leak, and whether will they do a good job in terms of the piping. But my worries was allayed after consulting with Polar Tech. The team really took the time to address every specific concerns and questions, and during the installation process itself, the team displayed remarkable and impeccable workmanship in their installation, ensuring all components was installed correctly and securely. From the Mitsubishi system the team recommended, to the materials they used for their installation and even the advice on the piping routes with concealment for aesthetics, I was beyond impressed with their top notch service and their prioritization of high quality materials used such as their insulation and pipes. Installed for my place thanks to the team's recommendation. - Starmex Mitsubishi Electric system 3, 5 ticks model - Insulation: Titan K-flex, sturdier material that reduces condensation. Aircon was faulty on the 14th April, called polar tech and they arranged the next day 15th April to come and check what’s the issue, end up Aircon compressor is faulty and they advised me the pros and cons of repairing, getting 2nd hand compressor or getting a new system 3, end up getting a brand new Mitsubishi system 3 R32 as mine was the old 410 which was obsolete. They came down on the 16th Apr and completed the job around 3.5hours using back my existing piping which they have used nitrogen to flush out and checked for any leaking as well. I’m impressed by the speed and their pricing is reasonable, thumbs up for the team of technician, on a side note they’re very polite!

I don’t usually write reviews but I am amazed by the response of Polar Tech. My aircon was blinking at 8pm and because of the heat my child was unable to sleep. A call to polar tech and they came within 1 hour to repair the AC. Such efficient service truly deserves a five star. The whole family slept comfortably that night all thanks to Polar Tech(:
