   I am super disappointed with the service and the response that I received from James from Power Electrical Repair. My Brandt oven door’s springs broke and I contacted them for repair. On Thurs, the staff came first but he did not have the tool to remove the broken spring. Subsequently, James came within 15 mins to fix my oven door. After James fixed the door and left, I noticed that there was a gap in my oven door so I WA James. He immediately called me to assure me that this was the case for my model of Brandt oven. On Sat when I used it, I noticed that my oven took longer than before the repair to preheat. My helper also shared the same view as me. Then on Sun my family used the oven at 215 degrees and they also commented that the oven had a gap now and it took 20 mins to pre heat. I also felt the hot air escaping from the oven. My kitchen also felt very hot. I reached out to James, then he said my oven had heating element issue since the oven took 20 mins to preheat. I find that his response to be unacceptable - I told you the issue about the gap in the oven, the least is you should come back to check instead saying that it is another issue. Are you trying to help me solve my issue or trying to fleece me? Then he told me to send him a video and dismissed me by saying that he was overseas. PER, you should listen to my feedback and provide a resolution to my issue as an honest repair shop. The rest of the potential customers be wary of this repair shop. I will update this post when there is an amicable resolution to my oven issue.

   I am from Sri Lanka . My Kitchenaid Hand Mixture power cable and switch was damaged .I brought this from TOT Sun-city Singapore and when i reported the fault they asked me to contact local service agent . Sadly they informed me that spares are not available and recommend me to buy a new one instead . I was so upset since i brought this on last year .😥 But i found this repair centre through social media , send my requirement they responded , gave q a quote and promised to return it after repair on Saturday . I really appreciate Engineer who has done the repair as promised . 💐👍😊🙏🏻

   Got the job done very quickly. Contacted them yesterday to fix a Bosch fridge hinge and they came today and completed the job on the spot. Charges were reasonable. Highly recommended!

   James was very professional and quick with diagnosing the problem with my faulty oven. He provided me a list of options with corresponding pros and cons which helped me decide on the most suitable solution for me.

   Found this repair service on Carousell. The technician said my oven's heating element was faulty and causing the power trip, and quoted S$390 to replace it, saying that was the only solution. I paid the S$80 inspection fee but decided not to proceed because my oven is already 8 years old and only cost around S$700. He also seemed quite rushed and didn't put back some of the screws properly before leaving. I messaged them afterwards but didn't get a reply - unprofessional and irresponsible. I later found another repair guy on Carousell who fixed the circuit issue for S$180 with a 6-month warranty, no need to replace the heating element. Just sharing my experience.

   Dear Jeane, Thanks for leaving a review. But not such a good one. I would like to take this opportunity to address this very commonly asked and raised concern. 1. A set of heating element (top and bottom) cost over $250. You can Google it. Furthermore your model come with additional steam function. 2. Frankly we are not sure how the repair with parts can be done below $180. 3. There is a very common but not proper way of repairing oven ELCB tripping by removing the earth wire (green color wire) 4. We have done a video educating our customers the danger of removing earth wire. There are some technicians don't change parts. They only remove the earth wire (oven rewiring) that prevents the oven from tripping. Is very dangerous! https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSDt92bh5/ 5. We will do a full refund if - they indeed change the heating elements - there is no shorting of earth and neutral wire - if otherwise we would request you to remove your 1 star review.     Great competent service. James was good and knowledgeable, professional in his service. The first time I used Power Electrical Repair was last year and his technician was also well trained and safely handled the gas stove circuitry. This is the 2nd time I am using them and James is very responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend them and used them again for my home electrical work, circuitry, gas stove electric repairs.     I had a great experience with James and his team, replies were quick and promised no charges for transport if they can’t rectify the issue. He quickly identified the issue, quoted the repair before starting and finished repairing the door in 20 minutes. He even repaired the loose door knob, and everything was working perfectly again. The repair cost more reasonable than having to replace the entire oven Highly recommend their service - honest, efficient and experienced.

    I engaged Power Electrical Repair Services to repair my La Germania oven after it started tripping the electrical supply whenever it was switched on. They responded promptly and quickly arranged for a technician to inspect the problem. The technician was professional, polite, and knowledgeable.
