After a house fire which completely destroyed the master bedroom, the rest of the apartment was understandably flooded with soot and ash filled water and all the rugs were soaked with this toxic foul water. And the whole place smelled worse than an ashtray. Procare Cleaning Services were hugely responsive and within three days of cleaning no one would guess the state the place was in. All the rugs, upholstered furniture and mattresses were professionally steam cleaned and the marble flooring and balcony flooring were scrubbed cleaned and returned to as good as new.
The Team was efficient, professional, friendly and always friendly and smiling. They kept me updated on progress and finished the job ahead of time.
Highly recommended with super quality customer care. Every cent was worth it.
And thanks to the ozone based fogging of the house the smell was gone on day 2.

I am served by Dennis Ling and highly recommend his service. He is patient and knowledgeable. He is able to communicate and explain to me on the different solution on floor treatment, restoration and post reno cleaning. His team did a fantastic job to sand and vanish my parquet wall and post reno cleaning as well. This is not my first time doing renovation and like all past experience, I expect to do another round of cleaning myself, even after the post reno cleaning. However, to my surprise, the team did such a great job that I am totally comfortable to move in right away. Every corner and even sliding door tracks are taken care of. His team even took the initiative to help remove some of the renovation rubbish accumulated in the helper’s toilet. The team also did a pre and post cleaning video and photos. Professional, thorough and value-for-money formaldehyde treatment. The team was punctual, and explained the process. Meter readings were taken before and after the treatment, and it showed a significant difference. Pics below - Before treatment was arrow pointing at red bar, after treatment was arrow pointing at green bar. They keep taking the readings and repeating the process to get it down to green. Even without the meter readings, you can smell the difference after. The air does not sting your eyes and nose. The team also went beyond to point out carpentry defects, which was helpful. Have to leave cabinetry to air for at least 3 days to a week. The manager, Dennie Ling, worked tirelessly to coordinate as well, texting beyond work hours and even on public holidays. Price wise, it was the most value-for-money after comparing with other quotes. Highly recommend. Oh, the SAO water (Stabilized Aqueous Ozone) can be used to wash face kill germs, which was a bonus :)

I recently engaged PROCARE Cleaning Service and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Initially, I spoke with Sabrina from Sales, who assured me that their team was professional and committed to customer satisfaction. However, the reality was quite different.
During the cleaning, I was pressured to return home 30 minutes before the service was complete to check on their work. This was quite inconvenient, especially since we have not yet moved in. When I did return, I found several areas that were poorly cleaned. The window grill on the balcony was neglected, the toilet window was covered in dust, and there were marks on the floor that could have easily been addressed.
When I provided feedback, rather than taking responsibility, the team offered excuses, claiming they are only human and that some things might be missed. This contradicts their claim of being a professional service. Their defensiveness only added to my frustration.
While I expect a response claiming they have offered to return for a service recovery, the hassle of having to go back for missed cleaning tasks is unacceptable. Overall, my experience with PROCARE has been filled with excuses and a lack of trust. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.

On the day of service, there were 3 staffs came over. They were very professional and pro-active to assist to clean up the house as much as they can within the 4hrs service.
