Contacted Progress Deco to replace the worn-out roller in the intermediate support for our motorized, 6.3m x 2.1m, 10-year old Phifer Screen 400 Series. Ben responded within the hour. Sourced for the appropriate roller and provided a reasonable quote by the next day. The replacement was done professionally on the day after. Well done.

The awning system that they sell spoil close to a year. The awning cannot retract and open anymore. they do not want to change the motor when they claim that the motor last for 7 years. The service guy came and just inspect and tell you that it is spoiled and want to charge for a new motor. Warranty only expired for less than a week and they claim you are the rare case. Buyers beware

Very disappointing company, the owner just simply read but ignored my WhatsApp messages after I installed my awning and the awning needs repaired, despite willing to pay for the repair. Very poor (zero) after-service support.

We're so happy with our new awning! Progress Deco were brilliant in helping us to decide what we needed from the size of the awning to our choice in colour. It has made our outside space much more liveable and is great even when its raining. Thanks so much 👍🏻

i spent nearly sgd8k on alumuminum composite roofing from Ben of Progress Deco But he only cares for new business orders He ignores all after service calls to fix shoddy installation where roofing joints are not properly sealed resulting in roof leaks and wet patch staining. I sent sms messaging, wrote to his company website and whatsapp. I sent pics of the leak stains NO response of any kind He has lack of customer care and zero professionalism

Worst company ever to engage. Bad workmanship to begin with and refuse to fix the problems after I have paid them in full. Ben is the sales person. Use them at your own risk!
