Absolutely the worst cleaning service. Workers can’t speak English and just did a poor job cleaning. Had to call the cleaners back because they missed a lot of spots. Also broke one of the appliances during the cleaning process due to water damage and the company was reluctant to take responsibility. Never hiring them again.

I engaged this cleaning company for a spring cleaning service. They sent a team of 3 ladies. Only after confirming the booking, Danny informed me that full payment had to be made before they started work. This requirement was never mentioned earlier, and it was inconsistent as my friend who recommended this company was not required to pay in full upfront. Unfortunately, the cleaning was very disappointing. My house is not cluttered, and the scope of work was fairly basic. However, even simple tasks like washing the toilets and cleaning the doors were poorly done. They did not remove shampoo and body wash bottles from the shelves to clean properly. The toilet bowl was merely rinsed with water and flushed — it was not scrubbed thoroughly. The toilet floor was not properly cleaned either. When I asked them to wash the backyard floor, they simply used my water hose to spray the floor without scrubbing. That is something I could have done myself. They later claimed they could not scrub the floor. Throughout the session, the 3 cleaners were chatting more than working. By 12.30pm, they were already packing up and seemed eager to leave. The overall attitude and standard of service were very unprofessional. I am very disappointed with the quality of work and the service provided. Save your money and look elsewhere.

It is my first time engaging a cleaning company for spring cleaning. The cleaners are punctual, friendly and helpful. They have great teamwork. My house was messy and the male cleaner helps to move the things in order for the other 2 female cleaners to clean up. They manage to clean up before 4 hours. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends. The price is acceptable compared to other companies. Will engage them again.

Pls do not engage this cleaning service, booked in advance, but LAST MINUTE NO SHOW, didn't even give at least a phone call or message beforehand. Pls think carefully when you make any booking.

Terrible terrible service. Cleaning was substandard and service attitude is rude and borderline hostile. They claimed that wall cleaning is not part of the service!?!? There are tonnes of service providers in the market. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

Overall cleaning is ok, however the post renovations move in cleaning was not thorough enough. Unfortunately i was not around to check or inspect due to my sickness those few days after they clean. When feedback to the cleaning company with pictures they suggest i top up another hour for the parts they did not clean. There is no miscommunication and after msg to them they did not resolve my issue too.

It was a last minute decision to engage their services and I would certainly engage them again. Cleaning is systematic and thorough. The two ladies used 3.5 hours to complete my 2+1 apartment and they were much more detailed compared to the other company's service I engaged. They were at least 2 notch better than them. Thank you for coming on a public holiday.

At first I wasn't too sure. The cleaners were not on schedule. However, they were quite hardworking. They try their best to get rid of all the grime and clean behind the stuffs. I can see that they do their best, and that's what I like at least. Price wise it would cost you the extra hour if your house is around the range of about 580sqft. So be prepared to minimally spend on 4 hours.

Engaged Promiseland Cleaning Services for Painting of 2 Rooms and Deep cleaning services for my 3 Room HDB. I was not expecting much with the budgets friendly quote. To my surprise workers are timely, friendly and hard working. Mind you, this house has been stayed in for close to 20 years with no recent renovation done. After Danny’s team completed their work, I am surprised on work done. Stains on the marble floor and such gone. Everything well organize and the marble flooring literal squeaky clean with every steps. Detailed work inside and outside of fridge, cabinets, windows and shelves. Thank you Danny, a man of few words but the results speaks plenty. Frankly, I rather results then sweet talking. Worth the money. Let the pictures do the rest of the talking.

The cleaning work was done well, but the attitude was poor. During the cleaning, they broke the window lock and the sink drain plug, and the staff didn't mention it. I only noticed after they left and immediately told their boss, but the boss was very irresponsible and stopped responding after I questioned him. Overall, I would not recommend them.

The worse professional cleaning I’ve ever experienced. One studio charged S$250 and only sent 1 cleaner for 3 hours. Everything is dirty after the cleaning. Hope the company break up soon.

Professional service especially Marcus and his partner. This unit was rented for some F&B workers. The takeover conditions is unbelievable dirty and messy. After 4+ hours of thoroughly clean up, now the entire unit is sparkling conditions, ready for next tenants to move-in

Worse cleaning company i ever came across! Danny is a very irresponsible person, i updated him on the terrible / unacceptable job done, he keep giving tons of excuses. Said will go down and take a look to rectify the problem, however this never happen! Place their cleaning equipment where they like without informing and blocking the walk way. If you cannot do the job why take it up! You had tarnished your company image. We had make a "big" mistake by paying you upfront! Lesson learnt, pay only upon job satisfaction and properly delivered! The cleaning job was poorly done , pictures tells a thousand words! No sane people will accept this speechless horrible job! Extremely poor quality ! Two workers and no one spoke English .. all very rude and in a rush to leave. Ask DANNY for full / partially refund but this was ignored. The case is yet to settle till the refund is made! i will write to CASE too if the refund is not make by 26/10/21.

The floor is sticky after 2 days. Was told the toilet tiles stain cannot be remove but after I use a regular cleaning agent, it came off easily. the higher kitchen cabinets which you cannot see are not cleaned. The kitchen cabinets are still sticky. The windows are only clean on the inside. The flat is almost empty (with one wardrobe in each 3 bedroom). Cleaners took 5 hours, extra charge yet the result is unsatisfactory.

Waste of Money. I got this Cleaning Service i.e. Promiseland Cleaning Service for 250 S$ as moving Out cleaning . First of all they sent only one person and she is getting tired working endlessly .It was a worse experience since my house was not cleaned properly and upcoming tenant complained about it a lot.Upcoming Tenant who was also my friend got another cleaner and than gave 80S$ more for further cleaning .Cleaning quality of this Promiseland Cleaning Service is equal to normal cleaning - nothing special care has been taken care . No need to waste money in the name of Moving Out Cleaning . I cannot recommend them to anyone . They left out many place for cleaning also.

Communication at first was alright and the cleaners were hard working and pleasant to speak with. When I asked them about a marking that was left on the marble floor by the cleaners after they left, they responded (though only after my post on Google) and came to rectify within a couple of days. Now the place looks perfect. Thank you Danny and the team!

Extremely poor quality - the landlord didn’t accept the cleaning and I agree ! Three workers and no one spoke English .. all very rude and in a rush to leave. Tried to speak to Danny as a supervisor but he didn’t seem interested .. paid for OT and still have to have a second company come in and clean again afterwards. Have lots of pictures of basic cleaning that wasn’t done (around the hob, windows , near washing machine, toilets and the kitchen was the worst !

The first cleaner I engaged was very good! I had her for 3 months. However due to some issues (broken items, missing stove part, mishandling (despite telling not to touch) of plants I had to stop using her, when issues were accumulating The next cleaner was not as thorough as the first one and I also had trouble communicating due to lack of English language command... So I had requested for a replacement I was told by the agent that there will be multiple replacements for 6 months Out of which they could not provide me any replacement for 2 weeks already Also responses are non existent if I don’t follow up I even asked in my last communication if he will get back to me on the replacement without me having to follow up But the response was just “<Name> cannot also” and silence after that It’s very tiresome to keep chasing an agent for response when there is a fee paid for multiple replacements during a 6 month period out of which no cleaner is available for a few weeks

Cleaning done was no where close to the industry standard. We ended up losing cleaning money out of our deposit in addition to what paid to this agency as owner didn't like the cleaning at all. Person in charge didn't even wait for us to verify the cleaning properly. Not recommended at all.

It’s a very average, superficial clean. The owner collects the payment before, said he would come and check but did not. The Cleaners were unsupervised. Floors are sticky. Walls not wiped properly.
