   Been using their services for years for both mine and my parent's place. Scheduling is easy since they would message reminders when it is almost time for the next round of servicing. Takes them around 40minutes for 4 units. Eric is my main technician, highly recommend.

   Have been engaging in their services for a few years. Technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. Their customer relations officers usually send a message to remind me that my AC is due for servicing. They also offer free portable AC rental in case repairs or services are delayed, but I have never used this since most of my problems are solved within a day. Most of my friends and family use their services. Highly recommend.
