My previous contractor was out of business. I searched the web and came across this company. Technician came quite early. Advised on conditions of the units in 3 bedrooms, and provided options. He was very experienced and ensured the place was cleaned up before leaving. Good job. I rated 4 star, mainly because I felt compressor cleaning was a bit pricey... BUT No complaint for the Technician. Thanks.

I initially contacted sky cool to do regular servicing of my home spilt unit AC. The AC technicians first asked if I had any issues with the AC units before they meticulously checked and clean all the AC units. During the cleaning, I shared that I would like them to check my refrigerant pressure and cleanliness of the Condenser unit. The team was able to do an additional dry cleaning and refrigerant top up on the stop. Kudous to the team to be able to react at such a short notice.

Technician James arrived on time and was incredibly professional. He worked quickly, knew exactly what he was doing, and had our AC running perfectly in no time. Since 2022, I have been using Socool 5 times to maintain the air-con units of my house. I must admit that their services are of top quality including general cleaning, chemical treatment, gas top-up, etc. Their staff are polite, efficient and technically knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to recommend to anyone who needs their services.

Raymond attended to my air con servicing request. He was competent & professional throughout the whole service session. Raymond took time to check my ageing aircon before recommending the suitable service that is required. Each unit was checked, cleaned & tested properly. He also took time & didn't rush through the gas topping process to ensure that it was completed properly to have the desired cool temperature.

One of my 2 in 1 air conditioner was not cold and I engaged SoCool aircond to check it. They came on the same day upon request. They checked and found that the unit was still cooling but the expansion valve sometimes not opening thus not cold. They advised to replace the 2 in 1 unit. They explained that repairing the unit may not be cost effective.

Technicians were on time and were fast & efficient. All 4 aircon units were thoroughly cleaned well and one compressor required a gas top-up which was done on the spot. Service was excellent and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

My aircon unit is around 15 years old. We did a chemical wash, So Cool did a good job and I saw the technician dismantle the aircon completely and take out the huge inside filter (large metal part under the plastic filters) to clean it properly with some chemical foam, not like other previous companies which just took out some plastic filters and just wash with water in my bathroom but never took out the whole unit inside the aircon. Basically those previous ones are cheats and never did a proper chemical wash. Anyway after servicing with So Cool, it’s been 2 months plus and the aircon is still running well after the servicing. Fuss free to book, responsive answers. Will work with them again.

I have had poor experiences with air-cond services before, but SoCool Pte Ltd Air Cond Services changed that today (24/06/2026). Technical Choh was thoroughly professional. He investigated my water leak concern, explained it was just condensation and adjusted the settings - no upselling. He also left both units and floor spotless. Fair pricing and genuine expertise. Highly recommended Choh and the Socool Team, will definitely be using them again.
