Used their services to fix my roof's leaky and problematic gutters and also put a membrane over the bare concrete RC slab over my porch. Prices were reasonable compared to other waterproofing companies and most importantly, they fixed all the problems. On one job, my roof still leaked after putting a membrane on one section of it. Turned out the leak was actually coming from my metal gutter btwn terraces that had holes in it. This was complicated because I had also installed a watertank heater under that area and thought that might be the leak cause. After crawling up into my false ceiling with the workers, determined it was holes in my gutter and Secure did a new job to fix them and did not charge for it, since I had alrdy paid them for the membrane job on my roof, which didn't solve the leaks. They also installed another second downpipe from my second-storey roof gutter btwn terraces at a very reasonable cost(with scaffolding) that mostly solved overflow problems from that gutter that I had for years. In all, very satisfied with their services, the workers and their manager, David.

After enduring multiple patch jobs, this team finally solved my leak issue once and for all. The membrane they used feels sturdy and the roof edge is perfectly sealed. Now I can focus on decorating without worrying about water damage.

I’m a landlord and needed a reliable waterproofing contractor for my rental property. They inspected the bathroom floor, identified a corroded pipe joint and performed a full waterproofing treatment. Throughout the project they communicated progress updates and never left any mess behind. Tenants have reported zero dampness since then. I would absolutely use them again for any future maintenance.
