Very helpful for my plumbing and lighting matters

  2. Tong W.

Value for money and friendly shop owners!

  3. Phyll Y.

Tecno washing machines are significantly cheaper here—I got an 8kg model for $128 ($70 lower than other retailers) after deduction of $300 in Climate Vouchers. While delivery timing isn’t flexible, they were accommodating and allowed delivery to be rescheduled when my elderly parent missed their calls. Customer service was also prompt and helpful when I first enquired via Carousell.

Says that can pay by CDC Vouchers in full but when installing that time still ask if the buyer paid already or not. Very unprofessional and unkind.

  5. Tib

    Very rude over the phone

Won’t Recommend This Business at All! We purchased several items from this shop, expecting at least decent service, but the experience was nothing short of disappointing. Their installer had a terrible attitude—lazy, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in doing his job properly. When we pointed out that one of the fans was wobbly, instead of addressing the issue, he dismissed it as “normal” and told us to fix it ourselves. If that’s the case, what’s the point of having an installer? Customers shouldn’t have to do the work they paid for. To make matters worse, he lost one of our warranty cards and didn’t even bother to apologize. The complete lack of responsibility and professionalism is unacceptable. Avoid this place—there are far better businesses out there that actually care about their customers.

Jacked up prices by a mark up for $50. Dont buy anything without pricing pasted on it.

  8. Brad M.

Installed a water heater and damaged my wall and ceiling in the process. Very unprofessional. Not skilled.

  9. Al U.

Bare bones service. Thin skin attitude. Mr Teo was unhappy that his initial installation of a KDK wall fan was not to my liking. Basically it couldn't rotate properly because he misjudged the distance from a protruding wall. He begrudgingly adjusted the position. Found him on Carousell and didn't quibble about the cost, yet HIS attitude was cheap. He left in a huff and left a great mess. See the pictures. NOT RECOMMENDED.
