I got to know Shadetimes through a friend’s recommendation. Their service was excellent, and the team was very knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my needs and provided suitable recommendations. In the end, I decided to install a retractable awning with them. They also placed great emphasis on safety, ensuring the installation was done properly and making sure there would not be any issues afterward.

I was a returned customer after 10 years when I last did my awnings. The reason of getting Shadetime to replace my awning was because of their products durability and their service. They uses a Spain mechanism which is stable and sturdy to withstand strong wind which my place will encounter from time to time. Marcus was readily to assit me in my concern and the installation team Krishna, Uzzol and Amin did a very good job. Especially Krishna, who thinks out of the box. He knew and understood our concern and needs and solved the tricky problem. My husband and I really appreciate his kind effort. Thank you again Shadetimes.

I engaged a company name Shadetimes Pte Ltd for some shades works last year 2024 December and got to know the sales person Mr Alvin Ong. Alvin present to me some of the products but honestly I didn't know much about those products at that point of time but I can see he is knowledgeable on what he does and price was reasonable too so we engaged him. The awnings were well installed and proper till today and we are so glad with the workmanship from this company and not only that, to my findings, Shadetimes Pte Ltd is the only company using original imported system from Spain compared to many are who are not. We are so fortunate to engaged a reliable company like Shadetimes and will not hesitate to introduce them to our neighbours and friends.

I would like to share that Shadetimes is really unprofessional. I called for a sincere quotation to do a trellis for my roof terrace, only to be scorned by their salesperson. He rudely refused to quote or do measurements. When tested, he does not know the requirements of the authorities and insisted on drilling the trellis into the flooring despite it being against BCA standards. I am appalled when he insisted to drill, against all approved standards. Use them at your own risk.
