   We liaised with Jackson, and he was easy to work with right from the start. We explained our lighting and plug point layout, and his team executed it just as we requested. His workers were also approachable and efficient — any rectifications were promptly attended to without hassle. One tip: I would strongly recommend preparing a proper electrical plan before engaging them. This was something my ID and I overlooked initially, but thankfully Jackson provided helpful suggestions that greatly improved the overall lighting and functionality of our space. His experience really showed, and we appreciated his practical advice throughout the process.

   Recently, I have engaged Jacksom from Singenuity for the electricity work for my renovation of HDB. Jackson was very accommodative to my requests whenever I made any changes to the re-wiring to match my electrical appliances as well as layout with no extra cost, which made my renovation at ease. Also, he went the extra miles to help me liaising with my ID contractor in order not to delay my whole project so that I could move in on time. Most importantly, the workmanship was excellent that it matches the overall renovation.

   I had a very frustrating experience with this electrical company. Here are the main issues I encountered: Poor Protection During Drilling: When the team was drilling electrical points, they didn’t properly cover the area, which resulted in multiple scratches to our vinyl flooring. This lack of attention to detail could have been easily avoided. Improperly Installed Lights: The lights they installed were misaligned. We had to ask them to adjust them several times before they were finally done correctly. It was a huge inconvenience and clearly reflects poor workmanship. Unprofessional Handling of Light Installation: I purchased the lights from Sol Luminare, but the team complained about the lights and made excuses instead of just getting the job done. Their attitude was unprofessional, and they seemed more interested in complaining than solving the issue. Terrible Attitude and Workmanship: The most shocking part of the entire experience was the worker's attitude. When I provided feedback about the poor quality of their work, he actually raised his voice at both me and the interior designer, before storming out of the job site. If I could give them zero stars, I would. This kind of unprofessional behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Lack of Accountability: After the incident, the interior designer was so appalled by the worker's behavior that they immediately reported it to their boss. However, the company never followed up or took any action. It’s clear they don't care about customer satisfaction or maintaining professionalism. I will never engage with this company again. Terrible service, poor quality work, and unacceptable behavior. There are much better options out there.
