   This company have a sales rep by the name of Ryan Lee whom we bought awning from. When the structural support was completed by our contractor, he was informed to check before actual day of installation. Instead he only based on pics taken by contractor to decide that structure is good enough. Only for actual day installation, the workers to tell us the structural support is not strong enough. This is also in addition to their delayed date of installation as he claimed the product shipping was delayed only after we chased them repeatedly on installation date. When confronted with his lack of due diligence, he said it is in terms and condition that the company do not check structural support therefore not their responsibility. If structure is not sound they wont install yet they refused to send workers down to check the structure support before installation. What kind of company is this? I really would not recommend this company’s service to anyone. They delayed the installation, caused us much inconvenience with having to redo everything after we have already moved in and zero apologies from the company. Of all the installations I had for our new house, be it ceiling fans, chandeliers, lightings etc this is by far the worse experience we came across. Worse service ever.

   Overall very satisfied with the services rendered by Cheong and his team. As we prefer to have an unblocked view for our balcony, so we decided to get the panoramic blind. there are few challenges and hiccup along they way, but their team is very responsive and ensure the quality is up to standard.
