   Becareful!!! 1. Made appt 6.00 pm, came at 7.00pm. After viewing and decided on all the items to change, said cost will be $200. Then said will give quote, but never got back to me until next day i msg him. Then finally came at 3.30 pm next day, never do the items as promised. Then claimed i never inform him about the "extra items"! I got pissed and told him just carry on with the job as per agreed earlier. Then charged me $350!!! This is the kind of tactic they play. But its my fault. I did not ask for official invoice for the items to be changed. Just wanna remind all, the tactics they play...coming late to you, agreed verbally....and then roti prata the next day!!!
