Found them through Google, and I compared a few companies. But their quotation was the most reasonable and very responsive. The moment I sent an enquiry, they came up to access and then provide me with the quotation quite fast. Once I confirmed the job, they also managed to carry out the work very smoothly and got the job done really well. Turnaround time for the whole job was swift. Highly recommend anyone to engage them for waterproofing job!

I had an urgent need to identify the source of a water seepage issue and came across SWC online. Contacted them via WhatsApp and it was a seamless communication which led to Shaun coming down within hours to conduct a site visit to assess the problem. Works were done over two days which included re-grouting, injection grouting and application of a waterproof solution. The team that carried out the works were punctual, efficient, showcased excellent quality of work and were very neat and tidy. Would certainly recommend SWC to anyone looking for a specialist to solve water seepage issues!

they completed the waterproofing with minimal mess and was extremely fast. i had bad water damage but everything was resolved within a few hours. definitely highly recommended to waterproof your house !

On the day of the works, 3 aspects were executed to stop leak from shower cubicle (flowing under the tile) to the WC/wash basin area: 1.pressure grout along the kerb of the shower cubicle 2.re-grout floors & walls in the shower cubicle 3.apply a transparent waterproofing layer on the toilet floor. Happy with the works done.

I called this company to understand the scope of work for two possible waterproofing scenarios. I wasn't asking for a quotation or anything complicated, I simply wanted to know the methods they would use depending on the type of waterproofing damage. Unfortunately, the lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude and seemed completely uninterested in explaining anything. She came across as though my questions were a bother, even though I was just trying to understand their proposed approach before deciding whether to engage their services. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work. If this company values its reputation, it should seriously address the attitude of this particular staff member. There are many other companies offering similar services, and experiences like this make it very easy for potential customers to look elsewhere.

I contacted SWC online for a water leaking problem from my bathroom. Shaun came on site to inspect and advise on the required scope to address the problem. He was able to answer all my questions about the leakage as well as explain the solution as proposed. The repair team came on site yesterday, May 25, 2026 and spent almost 6 hours to perform their works of setting up, injection grouting, grout repair follow up with waterproofing membrane application to both the wall and floor tiles. The job was professional done and they clean up and removed all debris before they left. I would highly recommend SWC for all your waterproofing repair needs.

Had a suspected pipe leakage and their technician came down quickly on the same day for a quick inspection. He went above and beyond to check every possible corners even getting his shoes and shirt all drenched. Found the issue was a faulty heater and didn’t require any further pipe changes. Since it’s their first inspection, no fee was charged as well. Super grateful. Thanks Chris 🙏🏻

We have been battling with water leaking for many months already. Previously engaged 2 different companies who couldn't resolve the issue. Then switch to an aircon company as it was diagnosed as aircon pipe leaking in the wall but we still couldn't get it fixed. Finally found SWC who manage to fix it for us. SWC provided excellent repair jobs and services to the waterpipes leakage in the common toilet of my unit. Shaun, the assessor and coordinator, was extremely professional, helpful, customer focused, and his on-site assessment (which is free of charge) was accurate. Shaun is always responsive on WhatsApp communications with me. Quotation for the repair jobs also came fast. Price is also reasonably inexpensive. The installers/technicians were also very courteous and professional in replacing the waterpipes and did a clean and finished job by patching and painting the false ceiling in the final stage. The floor was also pleasantly swept clean after the jobs. Highly recommend SWC for water proofing works.

Persistent leak plagued us for months, my usual plumber and another waterproofing consultant could not figure out the source of the leaks despite multiple checks. Finally engaged SWC recommended by a friend. Stanley did the thermal scan and after a few tests determined the source of the leak. He was very responsive and patient with all my questions. Workers did the rectification work (covered in plastic so it was as clean as possible) and finally the leak is fixed.

The work was completed on schedule and satisfactory, with some additional work done. The two workers did try to clean up at the end of each day. There’s room for improvement in communication. I had to follow up for the quote and call the day before to confirm the start of the repairs. No one came to check on the work after completion.

I went to SWC for a second opinion on an inter-floor seepage issue after another contractor insisted that hacking the floor was the only solution, which didn’t feel practical. Shaun from SWC was a breath of fresh air; knowledgeable, professional, and very pragmatic. He listened and provided a sensible solution. The workmanship was solid despite some access constraints from the kitchen cabinets. It’s been a week since the work was done, and there have been no further seepage issues reported by my neighbour. Very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend SWC.
