After doing a thorough market research on water leakage detection services, I contacted SWC Consultancy to enquire if they are able to do a proper survey / test to narrow down on possible sources of water leakage in one of my flats. Jasmin responded to my call and it has been a very smooth and pleasant experience with her. Jasmin was very responsive, professional and patient in answering all my queries. She even responded to my clarifications late in the night. She does not do hard selling - come across as honest, know what to do and detailed in the analysis. Jasmin gives assurance that works will be done properly with good follow up. She is a great water proofing professional to deal with. Good job. 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experienced water seepage issue in our house. Jasmine from SWC was very helpful as she managed to slot us in for an emergency assessment. We opted for a thermal leak detection to check for the source of the leak. A thorough investigation was done and Jasmine patiently walked us through the results, and provided her professional advice and recommendations. Thank you so much Jasmine - highly recommend!!
