Saw their advertisement and contacted them and waited for several days and no response at all. So it seems they not interested in new customers.

I feel awkward posting a review although I purchased my aircon from Tai Wah years ago. Google reviews were not common back then. Anyway, i bought a Sharp system 4 inverter from them but when it was delivered to my residence, I was shocked to see how old it looked. For a brand new aircon, it was yellowish white in colour. I am sure they had sold me an old model. The aircon gave me so many problems that I decided to replace it after just 3 years. I suggest avoiding these guys.

This company is very unprofessional. Ask them for an installation date, but want you to go down their office to make deposit before they will give you a date. Hello? You still living in the stone age? There is something called PayNow, I can transfer the deposit from the comfort of wherever I am! Very slow to reply as well. Try at your own risk!
