Engaged them through Superpets free servicing. I am very impressed by them as they are very knowledgeable and patience young chaps. I gave my block number wrongly (34) and didn’t pick up their call as I was on the line with others. they took the initiative to come to my block (35) and managed to find me in the end. At that point of time, they didn’t even lose their temper or show any unhappiness. Not only that they still service my Aircon professionally and explain things that we are unclear of in very detailed manner. I am very happy with their attitude and service, I will definitely engage them in future and also recommend to anyone else.

Had an air con that was leaking severely for a week, decided to give The Air Con Guys a try! They were quick and professional and were very clean in servicing the aircon unit. Have attached photos of my aircon before and after here! Definitely breathing cleaner and colder air after the servicing by them! 5/5 would recommend if you’re looking for air con servicing!

The free aircon servicing from Superpet is definitely a scam. Pls dont sign up. The aircon guys Mr. Shawn called to arrange the date of servicing. I found out that the free ac servicing is only 1 unit. If i want to engage, must top up $35/ea which I agreed to pay because I have 4units to service. One week prior to the date, He called to postpone another week which I agreed, but on the day itself, no show. i Called, whatsapp, no response up till now. As i write this comment, no response/ initiatives by the company. Or rather i assume it is one man show, hence VeRY BAD SERVICE. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. So please be careful if u are new member of Superpet n asked to sign this up for “free” aircon servicing. Now i am worry coz i have shared my details to the aircon guys during signing up. Lesson learnt

Have been looking for a contractor to service an air conditioning unit of mine at home. Was recommended the AC guys and they did a great job. No supervision was needed while they went about their business, and they ensured that the surroundings were cleaned in light of inevitable slight splashes. The rumbling of my 6-year old ac has significantly reduced and the unit is now visibly cleaner when I look under the hood. Thanks, AC Guys.

I was referred to Air Con Guys by Super Pets for a free cleaning service, so I set up a date for the free cleaning. Their professionalism has impressed me! They clean thoroughly without cutting corners while patiently explaining the issues I've raised. I've had air conditioning contracts and ad hoc plans from other companies, but Air Con Guys is the best! My air con is colder and cleaner now.
