In refreshing my house is exterior painting. The issue is one of cost vs quality of paint and work. And here is the irony. While talking to a awning contractor, he suggested a direct approach to paint makers. And that's what I did. I asked Nippon Professional painting service. And their certified painting contractor TMS Alliance followed up. It turned out to be one of those satisfying experience to share. From contact, to site visit, to quotation (that seems reasonable) to implementation (that's done very expeditiously). Throughout, each step is done professionally. And the person who deserved the credit is Glenn. He is personable, thorough and responsive. He is on site throughout (including the installing and dismantling of the scaffolding) and the painting team led by Jeremy did the work professionally and well. I like that the approach is to minimize the inconvenience without compromising the quality. The next part of my refresh project is interior painting and the choice is obvious.

We engaged TMS for the paint works for our 4-room. The team led by Jason was professional and efficient. From communications and confirmation of the colour, to execution of painting was seamless and fuss free. It was a great experience especially for first time home owner like us! Jason was very meticulous in monitoring the quality of the painting by his team, and encouraging us to check for areas that may require some minor touch-ups. Jason also made good recommendations like using paint that would last in high humidity areas like the toilets. Its been almost a year since we've moved in and there has been zero peeling, moulding or damage observed. Highly recommend engaging Jason and his team at TMS!

Am impressed with the professionalism of the team. Sales Executive Jason Ng supervised the project on a daily basis. A big team was put on the job which was completed within 6 working days for the external walls including metal and timber areas of a 2 storey semi D.

I engaged TMS Alliances Pte Ltd to paint both interior and exterior of single storey semi-D house ard middle 2023. They sub-contracted the job to a contractor. The job was not well done. Supervision was slack by the contractor. My contact at TMS was also away on leave for a short period. In the end TMS had to bring their own workers to remedy the shortfalls. The job took longer than expected. My advice to anyone who wants to engage TMS for their painting services, make sure they only use their own workers and not sub-contract to third parties. Also roof waterproofing MUST be done before painting.

Kudos 👍👍👍 to Ms Shirley Tan , she is a very hard working Project Manager. My ratings for her is RRR! Responsible, Responsive, Reliable! She replies to WhatsApp promptly even on weekends 👍 Project completes timely! Painters are professional!

TMS alliance has been assigned to carry out upgrading works for our neighbourhood. The supervisor and painters did a very neat and marvellous job for our area. We are pretty impressed when the supervisor for the project whose a foreigner himself was able to speak coherently in decent English. Despite his busy schedule, he made a lot of effort in addressing all our questions regarding painting works conducted along our corridor. They even made a big effort to patch up the potholes & scuff marks on the old flooring before putting a coat of paint over it (see Before & After photos). We are also pleasantly surprised when we see the supervisor conducting inspections at our block and getting his staff to rectify any works not done to satisfactory. As such, we felt that this positive review for the company is well-deserving!
