Hazel from U-Home Hardware is very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained every single details on the items that we need, especially the WC. Gave recommendations on which items to take as a set. Also informed us to use vouchers to save as much money as possible. Delivery arrangements was very prompt and accurate. Items send correctly with care, even though no one at home

I have been looking for kitchen sink for my house renovation and came to know U-Home Hardware. I shared with Hazel my requirements. She took the extra mile to help me source a few sinks and recommended the most suitable one. Although I have many questions, Hazel was patient and always answered my queries promptly. I not only bought the kitchen sink and also went back twice to buy wall fan, 2 instant water heaters, bidet sprays, angle valves, hood and hob. She gave me discounts too. I will go back to her again should I need to buy additional appliances in the future. Our renovation started in Jun and ended in Sep 2023. I have to give my reviews because Hazel is very helpful and friendly, a highly recommended seller! Thank you 👍😊

Purchased shower racks, toilet holders, water tap, toiletries rack, mirror cabinet from the shop. Hazel is friendly and patient with her explanation of the different range of products. She is also helpful for post service when I faced some issues in the shower rack. Definitely recommend their service!! Honest and sincere service:).

I inquired about the price of a set of hood and hob and thought his price seemed reasonable. Hence recommended him to my colleague who asked me to help him inquire on another brand of hob. Assuming I was asking for fun, he suddenly went unresponsive despite my polite questions and even ignored my phonecall. Very stuck up. There are much better shops out there with better customer service and better prices for the same items (hood, hob, ceiling fans, basins, mirror cabinets etc.) in Ang Mo Kio and Balestier.

Their services are very good and very efficient. Compare to others they are more sincere to do your biz and they got my toilet bowl fixed within the same day. Price is reasonable and I will purchase from them again. Money well spent.

Their taps are always spoilt (common problems include leakage or unable to close) after 4 to 5 months usage. Though there's a sticker that states 6 years warranty on the tap but they would always blame it on the water pressure that cause the fault and the warranty only covers 1 year for tap leakage. Not sure if other products have this problem too.
