Now then I saw so many bad reviews on this company, as I have found this company on Carousell. Actually I do not even want to give them a star but this is a requirement from Google... I spoke to Rajesh about my dryer issued and sent them the video clip about the motor issue. Even verified with him if there's stock before coming to my place as I not willing to pay for only transport & checking fee without repairing the dryer..This lier Rajesh claimed to me that there's stock on hand, therefore we proceed the appointment. On that day of repair, an Indian technician claiming he have 10 years repair experience and came to my place and open the dryer. He simply used a spanner, and purposely spolit my dryer door lock and told me the door lock is spolit due to the motor. Called Rajesh and end up claimed to me that no stock for the dryer motor, requested me to pay for 50% of the deposit so that he can order the part which take about 1 week time. This so called "10 years experience" India technician will wait at your hse UNLESS YOU PAID THE MONEY TO THEM. No follow up or call after 1 week and keep delay the schedule. Asking for return deposit which refused by Rajesh and now ignored my called and msg. Beside repair the dryer motor, now I need to spend additional money to repair the door lock which spoilt by them. I have never encountered such irresponsible serviceman in Singapore. Never again. Buyers beware..... They will purposely spolit your machine and don't even return your money...

Other reviews are accurate and I've experienced it personally. Very dishonest company. Paid hundreds of dollars to fix washing machine only to have it spoilt again a few weeks later. Of course, I was asked to pay more money to "fix" it again

Dishonest service. Delayed service by 3 different times using the excuse of “spare parts” not arrived. Still have the cheek to ask us to pay for his transport when nothing was done. Got fed up since the delay was getting ridiculous so we decided to call the dryer company directly. They fixed it within 10mins and it was just because a zip was stuck. No spare parts needed whatsoever. Dishonest. I wonder how this company even survive

Very dishonest service. I was charged $150 for “capacitor and MCU replacement” and told the dryer couldn’t work without a vent hose. Another technician fixed it in 10 minutes — the real issue was just a handkerchief stuck inside. Avoid this company.

Stay away - collected money couldn't even run a full wash they claim they fixed it and demanded more money say their warranty doesn't cover it. After saying they will continue fixing it but keep delaying past 1 month already and no update what so ever

Stay away. Sent in product for repair but not notified of delay after being chased. Using excuse of spare parts delay for the job delay.

Found this company on Carousell. An Indian technician came to fix my noisy dryer. He simply used a spanner, adjusted the height of my machine and told me it should fix my noisy dryer and if I should encounter the same again just call them. For that 5 mins service they charge me $90. On my second wash, the noise returned. Contacted Rajesh on Carousell as well as the technician. Both ignored me and refused to reply. I have never encountered such irresponsible serviceman in Singapore. Never again. Buyers beware!
