Got an emergency power outage. Call them on Sun and their man rush to the house to help within 30mins. Problem fixed professionally with additional advise for precaution on water heater usage. Thanks and they have saved my day on the weekend!!

At first we thought was our centralised cooling system that had caused a circuit breaker trip. We contacted SP , Daikin and town council. They came down and checked but found nothing wrong .Today I contacted Mr Wilson and share the issue with him. He sent an experience electrician uncle called Mr Goh to our house within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed that the aircon wires were burnt and fixed the issue immediately. Honestly we are so thankful to him as this circuit breaker trip really caused us lot of inconvenience. Satisfied with the prompt response from Mr Wilson and Uncle Goh for his expertise.

A very experienced and honest electrician. He guided me to do a few checks to narrow down the problem over the phone and it was my washing machine and not electrical problem causing the power trip. I do not have to waste money and time having him come and I thank him for that. Will definitely call WI on my next electrical problem.

We called Wilson at 9pm due to a power trip in our HDB flat. Unlike other electricians who would immediately provide a fee quote, he very kindly directed us to our electrical riser outside and patiently explained to us how we could try solving the issue without him coming down. Very fast solution! Thank you very much :) My in-built cabinet microwave cannot turn on. The manufacturer only came several days after we reported and pointed out that it is the power point or cable that spoiled. I contacted Mr Wilson via whatsapp at the number in this google map. He quickly arranged his engineer to come and fix my problem within few hours! I should have contacted him few days ago :)

My light (and fan) started flickering this morning with a burning smell and electricity sounds were coming from the switch. Called Wilson and he responded promptly. Jin came down on the same day helped to resolve the issue in minutes. Highly recommended!

It was CNY day 5 midnight, heard a loud pop sound followed by a blackout and couldn't resolve it ourselves. Called Wilson and because of the festive period it was difficult to get people to come down so he directed us to the electrical riser outside followed by instructions to resolve the issue. Truly grateful for his kindness and pragmatism to offer help in a time that was difficult find some. Highly recommended and will definitely go back to him in future with other installation/electrical works!

Thank you so so much, Wilson!! For saving my life tonight, power trip and blackout suddenly at 12am++, and I tried to figure out myself but nothing happened. Thanks God, when I scrolling through Google and managed to find this shop which response so quickly and efficient to our call. Wilson guided me over the phone patiencely and the electric came back at the end 🙏🏻🥲 if not I will need to either pay a huge sum of money for overnight charges or survive the night with 2 cranky children in sweats. Experienced a blackout in the middle of the night and couldn't resolve it ourselves. Called Wilson after a no-show from another company for more than 1 hr. Wilson very quickly directed us to the electrical riser outside which solved our problem immediately. Very thankful to his honest and quick solution that not only helped us save money, but also solve our headache for the night. Will very gladly seek his help again for any future electrical issues because he is a genuine person who provides help when others really need it.

Called Wilson at night as my power tripped to my auto-gate, and the car was stuck inside. As he was still on site at another project, he sent Chin on the next day after my late night call, and Chin spent a good 3 hours tracing the cause of the leak and rectifying it. Really detailed and meticulous work in tracing the real problem. Instead of recommending an expensive quick fix of re-wiring the whole thing. Good value. Will recommend. Thanks

I experienced a power fault, and was served by Wilson, who first tried to assist me free of charge over the phone. When we realised the issue was too serious, he came over with a fellow worker within an hour (despite it being a Sunday) and managed to solve the issue efficiently. We had a power trip at around 1AM and was so desperate to call for electrical services. Wilson was the third one to pick up my call. I was glad that i did not engage with the first 2 guys as they have quoted me such a huge amount for a power trip issue. Wilson guided me on how to reset the breakers properly and even educate me if same thing happens again. He even goes the extra mile to video call me and guide me patiently. He is truly one of a kind guys out there. If you have any issues with your electricity, please do engage him. You will not break you bank and will save a lot. My aircon isolator was spoiled at Saturday night. Whatsapp to them, as it's already night time and not allowed to drill, they came the next day (Sunday) to replace it for me with reasonable price. The uncle also helped to sweep the floor after drilling. Good service. Prompt and professional. Highly recommended.

I encountered multiple time power trip and decided to reach out to WI Electrical on 2nd January. I explain the power trip situation to Wilson over on Whatsapp. Despite his men not free to come over my area, he was very professional and kind to advise me on finding out which appliance is causing the fault. My first experience in engaging WI Electrical was indeed a right decision. Wilson was very responsive and was very professional in his service. He was very patient in answering my queries and performed his services with a very cheerful attitude ( it was late at night when my room electrical fault happens). We had a power failure at 11pm, tried everything we could but nothing worked. Called Wilson at 11.30pm and he was very responsive and even provided us with some tips to see if we can have the power restored without engaging him. He came down within 20mins when it didn't work. He spent 4hrs dismantling and checking everything to make sure that we won't have to go through a major overhaul of our electrical wiring. We were lucky he was very patient and insistent on finding the fault. He found the culprit finally - a half melted/ burnt-out cable that was totally hidden from view. Saved us from having to do any major works. Very blessed to have engaged him! Charges are reasonable and as quoted from the start, though he could have charged higher due to the time he spent, especially in the middle of the night. Highly recommend his professional service!
