I found Zencool.sg when I searched for an AC servicing/repair company as our AC was leaking badly. Reading the glowing reviews encouraged me to give them a try. I was not disappointed. They were prompt and responsive with their messages. They even moved their job schedules around to accommodate our job. The team led by Zheng Yu demonstrated professionalism and teamwork. They were polite, neat and also cleaned up when the servicing is done. Was recommended to Zencool and took the plunge to give this relatively new startup a try. The team Leader (Zhen Yu) was very honest and practical and did not try to upsell in the least (i even criticised him for downselling his services). I highly recommend ZenCool and special thanks to Levie for introducing me.

Aircon maintainence can be a little scary but Zencool has earned my vote of confidence. A leaking aircon and a quick Google later, I was messaging Zencool at about 3am. Yes it was a weekday but they managed to send people the same day. Provided services like cleaning filter, housing, fan blades, and vacuuming drain pipes. They also checked my coolant levels (at request) and fairly did not charge me when I did not require a top up. Rates were also very transparent, and mechanics appear to be ME certified.

So thankful I found the folks at Zencool to fix my aircon!!!. Had issues with my master bedroom aircon for the longest time - not cold and sometimes even blow out hot air/ leak water! But somehow they were the only ones who managed to diagnose the issue and now my aircon is working like an aircon. Seems like they are a new company but the aircon guys def very experienced. Could have saved so much money if I found them sooner. Also... thanks for the swift responses even though I enquired late in the night. Will recommend to my family and friends!

ZenCool Pte. Ltd. and Mr. Wo's team provided exceptional service in resolving our AC problems. After experiencing issues with our AC unit shutting off and displaying an H97 error code, I reached out to ZenCool late at night. To my surprise, they responded within minutes and promptly offered their assistance. During their initial visit, they quickly diagnosed the problem and even took the initiative to purchase the necessary replacement parts directly from Panasonic. They returned the following day to complete the repair, which was a huge relief, especially for my children's comfort during the night. I'm extremely grateful to ZenCool and Mr. Wo's team for their efficient and effective service!

Prompt in response and easy to book slots for aircon servicing. Servicing was fuss free - Technicians were polite, ensured no tripping hazards, left my place clean (no dirty water spilled around) and appeared to be skillful. Will engage their services again.
