My kitchen cabinet door was coming off the hinge and I had no idea how to fix it myself. Called and the handyman came in 2 hours and repaired it properly. I have used Alam and his team for many of my high end condominium. They are responsible contractors who can solve my landlords' and tenants' issues without any issue. I can trust them with access cards and keys to units with landlord or tenant permission. They will inform before entering the unit, take video of the repair done, clean up and exit before informing.
